Vinification: after crushing and destemming, follows a 6 hours cold maceration. Run juice comes from a gentle pressing and starts its 12 days fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15° C. Inox vat ageing lasts about 5 months on lees, after raking, another 2 months refining in bottle Color: straw yellowNose: frank, with floral and fruity bouquet of wildflowers and al-mond aromasTaste: at the beginning, apple and peach flavours arrive directly, letting after the scene to crispy and fresh sensations crowned by velvet body. Pleasant and drinkable, with an almond aftertaste

Food pairing: fish and vegetables appetizers, figs and Italian ham, boiled eggs with anchovies, minestrone or farmer soup, assorted canape. Venetian tradition: snails o Venetian fried chi-cken.

Alcoholic content: 12% vol.

Serving temperature: ideal at 8/10° C, in cold carré stems
