If it is also relevant for other ins titutions within the countries of S EE

If you find the right partners within the S EE eligible area to implement it (at leas t one of them should come from a Member S tate)

Trans national Programmes are a good option if you want to develop s omething in common with more s tates at a different s cale

You create connections all over the S EE area (members , candidates , neighbors )

Improve communication with ins titutions abroad

Create the premises for building partners hips which you can further develop afterwards , outs ide the framework of the programme
