Conclusions (so far)

call centres aren’t going anywherebut they’ll do more and differently

apps just because you can doesn’t mean you should

the mobile phone is at the heart of#iot development (but let’s be carefulwhat we wish for)

open source hardware has to up its game if it wants to survive
