Most safety critical systems does not enable people to perform better, more efficient and safer operations...

...because the human aspect is missing

Problem

Despite the widespread use of human factors in the implementation of safety measures, accidents blamed on human

error still occur, sometimes with catastrophic implications.

We believe this can be avoided.
