Traditional autumn meals in Croatia

Chefs: Tin Pavlović & Luka ŠkorićPrivatna jezično-informatička gimnazija „Svijet”,

Zagreb, Croatia

Blanch the porcini. Oil + onion + carrot + porcini + stewing + water

Potato + garlic + vegeta + pepper + estragon

Wine + water + sour cream

Porcini soupOil, porcini,potatoes, carrot, garlic, pepper, white wine, sour cream, parsley, vegeta, onion, estragon

Flour + eggs + oil + water + salt

Divide the dough into 8-10 little balls and roll it until they get thin.

Bake them dry.

Turkey with mlinciFlour, eggs, oil, water, salt

Boil limpets

Fry onion and garlic + limpets + rice

Add tomato puree

Salt + pepper

Limpets risottoLimpets, olive oil, red onion, garlic, rice, tomato puree, salt, pepper, parsley

Barrel + cabbage

Sea salt + pepper + horseradish root

Sour cabbageCabbage, salt, pepper, horseradish root

Yeast + Milk

Mix everything except whipped cream.

200°C 30 min

Add whipped cream

Bake 10 min.

Flour + salt + egg + spoonfull of oil + water +

butter

Fresh cheese + egg + salt

Zagorje štrukliFlour, salt, eggs, oil, water, butter, cheese

Chestnut pureeChetstnuts, rum, vanilla flavouring, sugar, whipped cream

Water + 2 spoons of sugar

Rum + vanilla, shake it

Food procesor + chestnuts + Syrup

Chopped chestnut mix + chocolate
