• August 2012: Feasibility study complete• October 2012: Detailed design commences• May 2013: Design complete• October 2013: Earliest construction commences• 2015 Operation!

Development & Implementation

• A national Government project developed and implemented by multiple agency JV

• Public Private Partnership for delivery• World Bank loan and oversight• This is a Feasibility Study – no detailed design• Study will define requirements to form a TOR for detailed

design• There will be on-going consultation• Stringent design, accessibility, environmental and social

safeguards• Need for close supervision
