• APTTITUDE TEST• TECHNICAL INTERVIEW• HR INTERVIEW

Interview process at Bharat forge was much more in depth . You have to go through 5 different rounds of interview process with writing few lines about how you will contribute to Bharat Forge, Group Discussion and three round of Personal Interview. All rounds were highly focused on to test your soft skills and a little bit on core mechanical engineering knowledge.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

To enhance engineering knowledge in employees, BFL set a three-month, fulltime Engineering Development Program at Chakan

The program is based on the objectives of training operative manpower, the basics of modern engineering terms, engineering drawing reading and new 2D and 3D CAD techniques.

Till date, three batches comprising 37 employees have undertaken the training. After a successful completion of the program, employees are transferred to new projects
