Basic Baking

Pan De SaL Recipe & Procedure

Ingredients;•600g ALL PURPOSE FLOUR•35g INSTANT YEAST

•110g SUGAR

•25g SALT•60g SUGAR

•60g BUTTER•60g MILK POWDER

Procedure;1. Prepare and measure

the all ingredients.

2. IN MIXING BOWL , DISSOLVE YEAST IN WATER.

3. ADD FLOUR,WATER,SALT,SUGAR,BUTTER,SHORTENING AND MILK POWDER.

4. KNEAD TILL SOFT BUT ELASTIC DOUGH FORMS.

5. MAKE IT RISE TILL DOUBLE.

6. PUNCH DOUGH AND ROLL IN SHAPE ABOUT 2-3 INCHES THICK.

7. DUST CANE SHAPE DOUGH IN BREAD CRUMPS.

8. DIVIDE 30g PER PIECE

9. PLACE THE PIECE OF DOUGH IN BAKING PAN CUT SIDE UP AND LET RISE DOUBLE.

10. BAKE IN 400˚F ABOUT 12-20 MINS. DEPENDING ON SIZE OR TILL THE TOP IS GOLDEN.

Serve it hot with some Chocolate Milk or Coffee.

DOUGHNUT

Recipe and Procedure

INGREDIENTS:

•60g INSTANT YEAST

•90g SUGAR

•30g MILK POWDER

•90g SHORTENING•85g EGGS

•10g VANILLA•1315g ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

•265g WATER•18g SALT

•Cinnamon Sugar

Procedure;1. Prepare and measure

the all ingredients.

2. IN MIXING BOWL , DISSOLVE YEAST IN WATER.

3. ADD FLOUR,WATER,SALT,SUGAR,BUTTER,SHORTENING,

VANILLA AND MILK POWDER.

4. KNEAD TILL SOFT BUT ELASTIC DOUGH FORMS.

5. MAKE IT RISE TILL DOUBLE.

6. PUNCH DOUGH AND ROLL OUT TO 3 TO 4 INCH THICK

7. CUT WITH THE DOUGHNUT CUTTER.

8. LET RISE ON THE FLOUR BOARD TILL ALMOST DOUBLE

9. FRY IN OIL AT 385 DEGREE FARENHEIT TILL GOLDEN ON EACH SIDE

10. LET EXCESS OIL FAT DRIFT THEN ROLL IN CINNAMON SUGAR
