Bally Chohan prepared this recipe as he is crazy for Pani Puri. It is very unhygienic to eat Pani Puri on the road sides. So he prepared his own home made recipe.

INGREDIENTS

Suji – 250gmOil (to fry)Salt (black & white)½ tsp Red chilli Tamarind – 200gm Few Coriander leaves½ tsp Jal jeera powderPudina leaves½ tsp Cumin powderSoda powder

METHOD:

GOLGAPPASTake suji and put 1 tbsp hot refined oil and soda powder 1 pinch, and make dough softly with hot water.Now keep this dough for half an hour.And after that take that dough and make puri’s small oval shape.Deep Fry it in oil.

KHATTA PANI In 2 glass water dip tamarind for half an hour.Take chopped coriander leaves & cumin powder mix it with grinder.And put that tamarind water in it.And also put 4-5 glasses of plain water in it.Add salt (white & black) according to taste, jal jeera and red chilli and mix it well.
