ArequestforproposalforareplacementsystemimplementationshallbepreparedforreleasenolaterthanOctober1,2017.TheNorthCarolinaCommunityCollegesSystemOfficemayusefundsfromtheNorthCarolinaCommunityCollegeITSystemsBudgetCode26802tosupportplanningandrequestforproposaldevelopmentefforts;provided,thatthetotalamountexpendedfortheprojectdoesnotexceedonemilliondollars($1,000,000).Totheextentthatthesefundshavenotbeenappropriatedforthe2016-2017fiscalyearelsewhere,theyareherebyappropriated.

Sending Out Communication

• PCBThis enables you to select a group of related letter request records and process them all at once. You process the batch to generate correspondence output from the pending letter request record.

• PCEXWith the Express Correspondence Processing (PCEX) process, you can build Letter Requests for a specified document, print date, and list of persons; or both of these two steps. The document's merge file must be LTREQ, PERSON, or a PERSON co-file.
