You know, I have often remembered, with some nostalgia, that we used to have questions from the floor, and I th ink it had some- thing to be recommended for it; however, I see this room is not set up with micro- phones back in the audience, so if you will be kind enough to pass the questions up to us, on bits of paper, we will sort them OUt.

I would like to in t roduce first Dr. Charles Hamil ton, who was an associate of ours in Grand Rapids for two years, and is now practicing in Columbus, Ohio. He will speak to us on the deep postanal space, surgical significance in horseshoe fistula.
