Customers looking for a design, only need to follow a few steps:

- Sing in

- Give a small brief about their design (Each challenge posted costs about 40$)

- Set a budget

- Launch the project

On the other side, webdesigners can respond to the customers briefing and offer them different designs at different prices.

Afterwards the customer can choose within 7 days the one that suits him the most.

It is thanks to the Internet, that this e-business has such a big success. Offline there would be constrains such as: rent, time, boarders, other financial charges for both parties
