LNG Fuel Gas Supply System (FGSS)

System consists of three major parts: 1) LNG Storage Tank x 2 on the main deck; 2) Bunker Station x 1 on the main deck; 3) Re-Gas Plant x 1 below main deck 4) Glycol water circulating module

LNG FGSS Overall

LNG Tanks: 1. Two LNG tanks per ship with below two Certificates:

1) ABS Cert for LNG Fuel Tank onboard; 2) LR Cert as ISO 20’ LNG container for transportation.

2. Can work in two modes: 1) Fixed LNG fuel tank working with bunker station

onboard; 2) Portable LNG tank container.

3. Capacity for one tank: 1) Gross: 20.6 m3

2) Net: 20.6 m3 (@ 90% Loading Limit)

4. Design Pressure: 1.0 MPa (Inner Vessel)

LNG Tanks:

Bunkering: 1. Quantity: One set at centre main deck between two tanks 2. Capacity: 36m3 LNG/Hour (Maximum) 3. With a simple electric Ship-Shore-Link(SSL) which is

approved by ABS. 4. Bunkering can be done in below two modes:

1) Fixed tank mode through bunker station onboard; 2) Portable tank mode by changing the tanks

LNG Re-Gas Plant: 1. Quantity: One set in Re-Gas Compartment below main deck 2. Vaporizer Capacity: 1100 Nm3/h (at 0oC and 1 atm) x 1 set 3. Fuel Gas Output Pressure: 5 – 6 Bar 4. Pressure Fluctuation Tolerance: 0.05 Bar / sec

Glycol Water Circulating Module

Dual Fuel Engine: 1. Model: Niigata 6L28AHX-DF 2. Quantity: two sets 3. Max Continuous Rating (MCR): 1920 KW x 2 sets 4. Rated Speed: 800 rpm 5. Gas Consumption: 328 kg/h per set 6. From Idling(18%) to Full Load (100%): 20 secs
