February 28, 2011 Dear Potential Sponsor: The Cloisters Foundation is a non-profit organization that brings together community supporters, individuals, organizations and businesses to advocate and support the preservation of art, antiquities, and the architectural edifice of the Ancient Spanish Monastery, a historic site. You are cordially invited to participate and attend the Cloisters Foundation’s 2011 Annual Gala. The theme for this event is “Preserving the Legacy” This event will recognize and pay special tribute to community leaders who have become legacies within our communities because of their initiatives and leadership. Honorees are individuals who have made significant and exceptional philanthropic contributions while achieving enormous successes in their professional careers. We look forward to your assistance in raising awareness about the importance of preserving the art, architectural treasures and antiquities of the Monastery. The Gala will be held at the Cloisters of the Ancient Spanish Monastery, 16711 West Dixie Hwy., North Miami Beach, Florida 33160 on Saturday, April 9 2011at 7:00 pm. The benefits of this recognition ceremony will be used for the preservation of the Ancient Spanish Monastery, its art, antiquities and artifacts. This fund raising event offers an opportunity for you to participate in the continued support of the Ancient Spanish Monastery preservation activities by a gift donation, in-kind contribution, or sponsorship. All contributions are tax deductible. Your participation and support will receive proper recognition in the souvenir program journal. Enclosed is a sponsorship form for your use.
