Terms & Shipping InformationThank you for choosing Americo Home! We appreciate your business and we areexcited to bring you high quality, decorative fl oor mats. Please see below for our terms and shipping information.

To place an order: Please call your local rep, or you may contact us directly by email: [email protected], phone: 1-888-878-6287, or

fax: 1-678-306-5735. Offi ce hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Terms: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All credit card purchases over $5,000 will be assessed a 3% administrative fee.

We recommend fi rst orders be placed on a credit card to expedite the order process.

Credit terms are Net 30 days upon approval. Please send credit references to [email protected] and allow 3-5 working days for processing.

Returns: All claims for shipment damage or shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Return of any non-defective product will incur a 20% inspection and restocking fee. Return transportation is to be prepaid by the customer. A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained from Customer Service prior to returning any items. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing and within 48 hours of order submission. All materials and labor costs incurred prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: Freight is FOB Cartersville, Georgia 30120.
