3) Organs - Structures made up of different types of tissues working together.

4) Organ System - A group of organs that works together to perform body functions.

5) Nucleus - Organelle that controls all the activities of a cell and contains DNA.

6) Organism - Any living thing that is made of cells, uses energy, reproduces, responds,

and grows and develops.

7) Bacteria – Helpful or disease causing microorganism made up of a single cell without

a nucleus 8) Immunity – being able to resist a disease

9) Virus – a strand of heredity material capable of causing infection

10) Vaccine – Substance usually injected into a person or animal to protect against a

particular disease
