SignatureSignature Championship Rings began selling champion-ship rings in 2001 after Chad Beeman left the largest championship ring company to start his business. Chad noticed that championship rings were becoming far too expensive for the actual materials being used. Compa-nies weren't investing in the product any longer to make it more special, and it was beginning to show. He knew there had to be a better way.

While analyzing every step of the ring operation, Chad's goal was to turn a dull and outdated process into a RE-MARKABLE EXPERIENCE for customers at each step of the way. Our motto was to recreate an old industry with new-age capabilities, without stopping until we reached #1, just like the teams we craft rings for.

Signature Championship rings turned the industry upside down, and other companies instantly chased us for our new, innovative ideas. Our main goal was to pro-duce a championship ring for 30-60% less than our com-petition, without sacrificing the finest materials or design options. The CAD-Phase (Computer-Aided Design)This is where your design truly comes to life through our 3D Printing computer technology.

Steel mould and a wax ring sampleA wax mould is being cast for each ring in preparation of the casting process. The wax part of the ring will be cast into metal.

Ring Casting ProcessThe metal ring is finally starting to take shape during this process. This step gives us the steel mould casting, so we can pour the actual metal of your ring the followingday.

Shining The RingThe rings are now entering the "Buff/Polish" stage. In this stage we're carefully polishing and buffing the rings for smoothness and shine.

The Details & Personalization ProcessNow your rings are typically onto our "Special Details" stage. This is where your personalized details get applied.

Setting the ring’s custom cut stonesStones are hand-picked and prong set into your ring, giving that special effect that only a champion can show off.

The Final Inspection ProcessThis is where each ring is looked at for any flaws or errors that might have been missed along the production line. Once the rings are complete with this stage, your crafted championship ring is ready for the hand of it's Champion.of it's Champion.
