AIESEC in Canada has been operating for 58

years, and has been able to do so with great support

from the Government of Canada by exempting our

Global Talent Program from the LMIA. Specifically, AIESEC is accredited through International Experience Canada,

The process is not instantaneous, but we can bring interns in at any point

of the year; we are not limited to any single period of time. You can choose the duration of the internship to fall between 3 months and

18 months.

Not only do we handle the entire visa process and shortlisting, we help the

intern integrate into Canada by providing airport pick-up,

finding accommodation, assistance with

documentation, cellphones, and OHIP, as well as integrating the culture

through socials.

Completing the Job Description (1 Week)

Finalizing the details of what you want in an intern and the terms of their employment.

Choosing Your Intern (2 Weeks)

You are able to take the list we provide and interview each intern on your own or with our assistance. If you are happy with a choice, we can move on; if not, we go through subsequent rounds of sourcing until you

have found that perfect match.

Sourcing Talent (2 Weeks)Once we have posted your internship on our global

database, we begin to receive and filter applications. We will send you a shortlist of suitable candidates once we have a satisfactory number of candidates.

The more specific your requirements, the faster we will find a suitable match.

Visa & Work Permit Processing(12 Weeks; Variable by country)

We handle the entire visa process and our partnership with the government allows to work at an expedidted

rate.

Integration During the visa process, we help the intern find

accomodation and provide airport pick-up upon arrival. We then assist them with documentation, OHIP, and other necesseities in order for them to have the best

experience in Canada.

You don't have to commit to anythinglong term right now. We are able toextend the duration up to a total of 18months for $300 after the intern is inCanada.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?

If we cannot find the right candidate foryou, we are able to repeat the screeningprocess as many times as needed forfree. There is a refundable amount of$1,500 should you choose to cancel theinternship.

CAN YOU FIND ME THIS?

We've worked with multi-nationalcompanies like Google to tech start-ups in Waterloo. The depth of talentthrough our program is truly global,spanning across 26,000 universities in126 countries.

I WANT THEM FULL-TIME!That is a very common concern amongstour customers and it is very doable. Theintern would apply for a PR and receive awork permit extension of 2-3 years.AIESEC is not responsible for thisprocess.
