AIESEC Exchange Program

The AIESEC exchange program enables organizations to source high-

potential students and recent graduates from over 1700 universities in

107 countries and territories. With over 5,500 partners each year,

sourcing AIESEC interns is a proven solution for both short-term and

long-term human resource needs.

How does the AIESEC Exchange Program Work?

Internal Screening: Each AIESEC office pre-screens candidates through a

review board consisting of interviews, tests, and discussions.

Profile Identification: The desired candidate is identified through the

company profile and job description provided to AIESEC

Intern Selection: AIESEC provides a short-list of suitable candidates and aids the selection process by arranging telephone or on-line interviews, within 2

to 12 weeks.

Visa Services: Arranges the visa documents for the intern.

Pre-Arrival Services: Supports the intern with cultural preparation and goal-

setting exercises.

Post-Arrival Services: Arranges logistical services, such as accommodation,

pickup, and relocation of the intern.

Integration Services: Provides on-going activities for the intern and connects him/her to a network of other AIESEC members and exchange participants.

Evaluation: Facilitates an evaluation process for both the organization and the intern throughout the internship to ensure objectives and expectations

from all sides are being met.

The AIESEC Difference

The key difference between AIESEC graduates and other graduates is their pro-activity, business skills

and leadership experience that they develop while running AIESEC and while on an AIESEC exchange. All of our members take part in a professional development cycle that aims to equip our people with

Leadership Experience, Multi-Functional Skills, and diversity.

What is AIESEC? AIESEC is an international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society. It is a unique and continuously growing network expanding over 107 countries
