Application Package for Alumni Relations Manager 2015

• The role of the Alumni Relations Manager on the MC 14-15 will be from 15th Feb-30th Sept 2015.

• AIESEC India will provide Free Accommodation for all its MC members in the official flats.

• AIESEC India will provide an Office for the Member Committee, which will include personal working space, Internet and other basic facilities to all MC members.

• The Salary of an MC member would be INR 15,000 per month. (This is subject to any conditions and working policies, which the MC 14-15 might be subjected to by the MCP 14-15).

• An MC member will have their official travel costs covered which includes traveling for any official purpose (National/Regional Conferences, Appointments, Board meetings, Offical Meetings, International Conferences) subject to Financial Policies set for 2014-15 term and need an importance for the travel.

• The AIESEC India MC will cover the Delegation Fee at all National Conferences for an MC member wherever applicable.

• There are different kinds of basic (daily) allowances for an MC member based on presence at an International Conference, Global Steering/ Support Meetings, LC Visits that are subject to Financial Policies defined by the VPF.

• Travel for Conferences will be determined by the role of the particular MC member along with the need, importance and ROI of the representation. Generally, almost all AIESEC India MC members get to travel or different kind of meetings across the AIESEC network, based on discretion of MCP.

Application:

Plan with projects and timelines till September 2015 (National Stakeholders Dinner and Global Alumni Congress being major projects) IV. Record a simple video answering the following questions. Do not jazz up the video, keep it simple. It’s a video questionnaire instead of a written document: 1. Explain why you are suitable for alumni relations, and how do you see this

role benefiting you in your career? 2. Evaluate how alumni relations are handled locally in the current scenario in

AIESEC India, and propose how the same will improve in your tenure? 3. Talk about your perfect idea of an AIESEC alumni community. Refer the

same with an institution which according to you has a near-perfect alumni network.

All submissions (LOI, Endorsements, Plan and Video) need to be submitted to the Vice President Marketing on ritansha.bagaria@aiesec.net and Member Committee President on gurin.palsingh@aiesec.net by 5pm IST, February 10th, 2015. Late submissions - even by a few seconds will not be accepted & no exceptions will be considered, including the case of E-Mail/Computer dysfunction. No extensions will be given in any case.
