It serves as the very first touch grounds to provide members with the need motivation to run their activities throughout the year, Inculcating the “Clarity of why” for every member’s productivity.

NTMS is an amazing conference involving delegates of diverse profiles from different countries. In this conference we all play a major role in inspiring these AIESEC’ers and in providing them a fantastic learning experience which will help them shape their future in AIESEC.

What we provide to facilitators:

Feeding and accommodation during the pre-meeting – conference and post-meeting duration will be provided, transportation within Ghana related to the Conference activities will be covered.

Timeline From the moment you are selected, the preparation starts. Before the conference you will be allocated to session blocks and are responsible to design the corresponding Session Outlines together with other facilitators for it to be ready for the Pre-Meeting. Therefore time availability since the FACI announcement is required and we are counting with your full commitment!
