Athens Financial University (AFU)

empowers students to improve their

financial future through a turnkey

curriculum, in addition to long-term

financial planning, job assistance and

mentorship

AFU provides long-term assistance through mentorship, online learning and coursework. Coursework is conducted during the annual AFU summit. The summit includes:

Resume Development Course

Job Interview Preparation

Personal Brand Development

Long-term Learning

Long-term mentorship is one of the

distinguishing features of AFU. Each AFU

graduate is provided a mentor to assist in

career decisions and planning. Mentors

serve on a volunteer basis for a term that

is both amenable to both the graduate and

mentor. Mentors, however, must be willing

to serve at least for a period of a year.

Mentors must be established

professionals with at least five years

experience in their field.

Mentors must be willing to spend one hour

a month with mentees.

Mentors must exhibit a commitment to the

community and AFU.

Mentors must also possess excellent

communication skills.
