Have Global Talent or Global Citizen recognized officially as an internship. Use the fact that it has been done before in many departments to make it easier to achieve this.

You can raise a funding from ELKE for students to participate on Global Citizen. Use the knowledge from LCs that have done this before.You have to put a lot of pressure and track the progress constantly!

We often forget that our relationship with the professors should be treated as any other partnership.There should be regular communication and benefits for both!Also, we should arrange very specific action steps following every interaction and keep track of their progress and deadlines.
