ADP RECRUITING & STAFFING
Here is how it works:
1. You will receive an email from “Employeease Recruitment” once an application has been
submitted for a job opening.
2. When you click the link it will take you straight to the ADP’s Recruiting tab. You may also log on
to ADP as you normally would in order to view any applications for your available jobs.
*If you do not have an ADP login you can find the instructions on how to get one on the Employee Dashboard
(www.jacksonhole.com/employee) under Documents/Resources “Access to ADP”.
After you click the link it will take you here.
This is where you will log in with your ADP
username and password.
Remember your username is your
first-initial last-name@jacksonhol
i.e. john smith is
jsmith@jacksonhol

3. After you have logged into ADP you will have a tab called Recruiting with two drop down
menus:
a. Recruiting - Search – search by name or key word(s).
b. Application Management – view your current openings, search by status of an
application or search by candidate name.
Now let’s say you want to view an application you have for a certain position. You would click
Summer 2013 – CC&R: PT Reservationist/Summer Ticket Sales, then search and you will be
taken to a list of applications for that position.
Ignore this section
You can search by status here.
(These statuses will be covered shortly)
Here are the job-openings we have
posted for you. If you don’t see one
you need or see one that needs to
be removed contact us at HR &
Safety and we will update it.
Search by candidate name.
Find it by a range of dates.

4. These are the search results for that position.
Click on any of the candidates to view
their application information.
Review questions, resume and
personal information.
At this point you should be
reviewing and setting up interviews
with the applicant. The next step is
moving them through the
application process by changing
their status. This will help keep you
organized and keep HR & Safety on
the same page.
ADP RECRUITING & STAFFING
(If you were to scroll down a little bit here is the bottom of the page.)
This a great place to add notes
about the candidate or view
notes by others. Please keep it
professional and relevant to the
application and hiring process.
This will show any
communication emails sent
to the candidate. For now,
this ability is turned off for
managers and will be rolled
out at a later date.

5. Changing the application status. Accurate status labels are critical to the recruiting and staffing process. The application workflow process and e-mail notifications are dependent upon them (both internally to Administrative users and hiring managers and to applicants). We have set up a number of different statuses that need to be used:
New Application: This one is self-explanatory. Every application will start as this status. Choose 1 of 2
Interview:
This indicates that you
are in the process of
interviewing this
candidate.
Choose 1 of 3
Interview not desired:
Did not bring in for
interview based off
application and job
qualifications.
STOP here
Made Offer:
This indicates a job
offer has been made
but candidate has not
accepted the job yet.
Choose 1 of 2
Keep on File – Position Filled: Candidate has been interviewed but no position offered. Good candidate that may be used at later a time or different department. (Manager needs to contact applicant to let them know their status and encourage them to apply for any other available positions.) Stop here
Declined Offer: The candidate has declined the offer. STOP here
Accepted Offer:
The candidate has
accepted the offer.
STOP here
Rejected: Candidate was interviewed but hiring manager decided not to offer job. (Please note manager is to contact this candidate to let them know their status.) STOP here
Hired: Job was offered and candidate accepted. This will change once HR & Safety has received the hire packet.
