Rajesh Khanna:Rajesh has 19 years of professional experience in senior HR/ Recruitment roles in different organizations like Ness Technologies, HCL and Tata Motors in USA, Singapore and India respectively. Rajesh in his professional work career established HR systems, processes and scaling up organizations at HCL and Ness. He was instrumental in setting up offshore delivery set up for Ness in India, in addition to stream lining global resourcing operations. In the last 5 years, he has incubated start ups in RPO and IT consulting space. At VBeyond, Rajesh leads US operations and is based out of Hillsborough, New Jersey. 2. Sandeep Mitra: Sandeep has 18 years of professional experience in Business Development, Marketing, consulting and Pre-sales in multiple organizations in India and in USA. Sandeep started his career in sales and distribution management in pharma and CPG sector. After learning the trade at Ranbaxy and Marico for about 4 years, Sandeep joined the world of technology and IT consulting at HCL Tech. Later on ( 2000-2007)he helped HCL build Retail & Consumer practice by working & consulting with some of Fortune 1000 and retail focused technology companies in the US as head of Retail Business Management Group. Sandeep joined VBeyond to help scale up the India Business operations and build captive offshore center for Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Sandeep is a PGDBM- Marketing & Finance from XLRI, Jamshedpur(1996) and B.Tech from NIT Trichy. He is based out of Gurgaon in India.Reach Sandeep at: [email protected]

3. Samrendra Kumar: Samrendra, popularly known as Sammy amongst his friends is a seasoned HR professional and heads the HR practice for clients across industries. Being a Certified Master Coach and with Learning & Development as his passion, Samrendra has been engaged in multiple consulting assignments. Prior to beginning his entrepreneurial journey in 2006, he served as Director and HR Head- South Asia for SC Johnson. In his 17 years of professional life Sammy has worked in varied HR functions including Plant HR(IR), HR Business Partner, Performance Management and other corporate HR functions. Apart from SC Johnson, he has worked with multiple blue chip organizations like RPG, Whirlpool, HSBC and HT Media.
