This is an opportunity to troubleshoot issues with professionalism while projecting sensitivity towards customers and fellow employees.Associates will solve problems and offer useful solutions, and have the capacity to look beyond the obvious to find more than one option for the solution. Customer service representatives will also be flexible and adaptable, and open to change.Team members will work cooperatively and collaboratively, and display an eagerness and capacity to learn new assignments.

RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent
