ADANI: CARMICHAEL COAL PROJECT – design and management of explora�on, geological, geotechnical, hydrogeological and mine planning. Study management for the development of the mining program including concept, feasibility and bankability studies. Mining equipment selec�on and tendering, contract mining tender development and nego�a�on.

GVK/HANCOCK: ALPHA & KEVIN'S CORNER FEASIBILITY STUDIES - defini�on of the mine layouts and mine access points, development of a produc�vity model and produc�on schedule, specifica�on of produc�on equipment and support systems, and es�ma�on of labour requirements, opera�ng costs and capital expenditures.

SHENHUO: TAROBORAH COAL PROJECT - design and management of a 300 drill hole explora�on program for the Taroborah Project west of Emerald. Pre-feasibility assessment of the project including management of the successful Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and other various studies and tenement licences.

BOWEN CENTRAL COAL MANAGEMENT: EAGLE DOWNS FEASIBILITY STUDY -study management for comple�on of FEL1 and FEL2 studies including mine planning, scheduling and equipment selec�on for underground and CHPP opera�ons, coupled with the development of capital and opera�ng cost models. Provided geotechnical assessment and design for the Eagle Downs feasibility study. The work involved all aspects of strata characterisa�on, numerical modelling of stress interac�ons, and pillar and ground support design for this proposed mul�ple seam longwall mining opera�on.

BMA: GOONYELLA RIVERSIDE EXPANSION PROJECT- Study management for an iden�fica�on study to double produc�on from the Goonyella Riverside Mine including a new underground mine, open cut expansion and construc�on of a third CHPP. Also provided preliminary engineering design and cos�ng for the proposed underground mine services (conveyors, power, compressed air and water supply and mine dewatering).

ANGLO COAL: GROSVENOR PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY - par�cipated in the Anglo Coal pre-feasibility study team for the Grosvenor longwall mine in QLD. The work involved resource evalua�on, mining op�ons analysis, defini�on of the mine layouts and mine access points, development of a produc�vity model and produc�on schedule, and es�ma�on of labour requirements, opera�ng costs and capital expenditures. Subsidence modelling, predic�on and contouring suppor�ng studies for the EIS.

ENSHAM RESOURCES: UNDERGROUND PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY - managed a 14-month dura�on explora�on program and pre-feasibility study to assess a number of underground mining targets at Ensham. The central area bord and pillar development op�on was determined the most prospec�ve and now hosts the working Ensham Underground mine.

PEABODY COAL: BURTON WIDENING PROJECT – Management of all facets of the project from feasibility, environmental approvals, construc�on to final handover to the Opera�ons team over a three-year period. Responsible for the health, safety and environmental management for the construc�on of all mining related infrastructures, mining of overburden and coal to steady state. Burton Widening was a 3.0Mtpa / up to 70Mbcm waste pa expansion opera�on with +700, staff, mine contractors, subcontractors and consultants.

MOUNT ISA MINES (GLENCORE) NEWLANDS NORTHERN UNDERGROUND MINE PROJECT – Study management to deliver a feasibility study securing board approval for the construc�on of the Newlands Northern Underground Mine including mine planning, scheduling, equipment selec�on and financial modelling.

SOLID ENERGY: MARAMARUA K1 PIT COAL PROJECT - HUNTLY, NEW ZEALAND- undertook a Pre-feasibility evalua�on study for an open pit coal deposit. Assisted with mine engineering aspects of the K1 PIT at Maramarua, including genera�on of conceptual mine, waste dump designs and produc�on schedules.

BMA: CRINUM NORTH CONCEPT STUDY - involved with the BMA study team undertaking the concept study for the Crinum North underground mine. The work included review and documenta�on of the evalua�on of geological and geotechnical condi�ons, development of preliminary mine plans, es�ma�on of poten�al reserves and scheduling of produc�on, and opera�ng and capital cos�ng.

SHELL COAL: MAJOR PROJECTS, MORANBAH QLD – management of the major projects for the underground coal mining opera�on e.g. extension of the Main headings, installa�on of all the longwall dewatering systems, vent fans and associated boreholes, upgrades to the site water re�cula�on systems, jus�fica�ons for a second Armoured face conveyor AFC.

AUSENCO: KESTREL COAL MINE EXTENSION, EMERALD QLD – brownfield area management for the PCM contract.

MINE PLANNING AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

PEABODY COAL WILPINJONG MINE – Managed a team to review all mining business strategies to produce a series of con�nuous improvement ac�vi�es for the mine in achieving cost reduc�ons and produc�vity improvements for the site. Wilpinjong is a mul�-pit opera�on moving 16Mtpa /35Mbcmpa, with +400 staff and contractors.

AQRM: JELLINBAH COAL MINES - Managed a team responsible for the mine planning and mine produc�on requirements including transporta�on to Port. Relief Mine Manager at the site, accountable for providing a safe, cost effec�ve contract mining and ancillary opera�ons. Implementa�on of a Coal Quality System to maximise quality as mine did not have a CHPP facility. Jellinbah was a two mine opera�on 1.5Mtpa/ 10Mbcm pa with +100 staff and contractors.

DONALDSON COAL: TASMAN AND ABEL MINES - detailed life of mine plan for bord and pillar opera�ons. Pre-feasibility study of the introduc�on of longwall mining at Abel, undertaking detailed assessment of ven�la�on and mine services requirements and developing opera�ng plans and economic forecasts.

ANGLO COAL: MORANBAH NORTH MINE - provided opera�onal support in the areas of mine design, longwall planning, mine scheduling, opera�onal budge�ng and repor�ng and business plan op�misa�on.

ENSHAM: INDEPENDENT TECHNICAL REVIEW - undertook an independent technical review of Ensham's proposed underground trial mine for presenta�on to the Ensham's board. The work involved a review of the opera�ng projec�ons for the planned bord and pillar mine.

MACARTHUR COAL: MOORVALE AND MOORVALE WEST - completed an ini�al assessment of the poten�al for underground mining at Macarthur Coal's Moorvale and Moorvale West tenements.

CALEDON COAL: COOK COLLIERY LONGWALL RECOVERY – Management of the longwall recovery project and Cook Colliery resul�ng in the successful recommencement of opera�ons in March 2016.

Responsible for the mineral processing, resource, geotechnical and mining engineering aspects of the following studies;

MMG: SEPON COPPER MINE, LAOS – Engineering management for the three Sepon sustaining studies and subsequent construc�on management for the installa�on of a new scrubber and ROM facility.

OK TEDI MINING: MAJOR PROJECTS – responsible for the major project and engineering for the OK Tedi opera�on, including: 128km Slurry pipeline installa�on, Process plant upgrades, power sta�on upgrades, workshop installa�on.

AUSENCO: HONEYMOON URANIUM PLANT, BROKEN HILL SA – EPCM project management for the installa�on of a 400tpa uranium processing plant.

BATEMAN/AUSENCO JV: SEPON COPPER PLANT EXPANSION, LAOS – Management of the installa�on of a second autoclave for the copper processing plant.

BELZONE: KALIA 1 IRON ORE BENEFICIATION PLANT DFS, GUINEA, AFRICA - Construc�on management input for greenfield iron ore beneficia�on plant.

NORTH AUSTRALIAN DIAMONDS: MERLIN DIAMOND PROJECT BFS, NT, AUSTRALIA – Study Management for the proposed surface and underground mining opera�on, and processing facility.

KCGM: SUPER PIT KALGOORLIE, Providing control and development of the mining engineering aspects of the Fimiston open pits. Coordinated opera�onal reviews to maximise performance and cost reduc�on. The Fimiston mining opera�ons is a mul�-phased Super pit, the largest Gold mining opera�on in Australia. Total movement of up to 60Mtpa including 7 Mtpa of Ore producing 600,000oz with +600 staff and contractors.

PLACER PACIFIC: GRANNY SMITH GOLD MINES: Management for the development of all short term planning and produc�on func�ons to meet produc�on targets. Cost effec�ve contract management of mining opera�on to meet safety, environmental and produc�on requirements. Coordinated opera�onal reviews to maximise performance and cost reduc�on. Granny Smith is a mul�-pit gold mining opera�on spread over a very large mining lease area serviced by a main Gold Processing facility. Total movement of up to 30Mtpa including 4 Mtpa of Ore producing 250,000oz with +300 staff and contractors.

KANDOS OPERATIONS, CEMENT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. Conducted pre-feasibility level mining cost study on alternate cost saving mining loca�on. Responsible for the projectmanagement review of a combined site resource, ten-year mine plan and geotechnical reviews of No.1 and No.2 Mines.

RAILTON OPERATIONS, CEMENT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD: Conducted mine evalua�ons on equipment selec�on, op�miza�ons and opera�onal reviews. Provided guidance for their mining opera�ons, including short-term development to ensure the availability of fresh stone and blending materials, drilling and blas�ng, surface and pit dewatering and old quarry closure issues. Provided rolling three monthly short term mine plans, as well as strategic five-year mine plans.

STANWELL CORPORATION: UPGRADE OF THE KAREEYA HYDRO POWER STATION, TULLY QLD – responsible for the upgrade and increased MW output for the 4 unit hydro power sta�on including new governors, rewinding the generator, new Pelton turbines and a mechanical upgrade.

STANWELL CORPORATION: REFURBISHMENT OF THE STANWELL POWER STATION HP TURBINES, ROCKHAMPTON QLD – responsible for the refurbishment of the High Pressure (HP) turbines. KPI style contract with schedule and deliverables meet.

HITACHI: LNG FEED STUDY FOR EASTERN STAR GAS LNG PLANT, NSW – Hitachi study manager. Hitachi Ltd and Toyo Engineering Corpora�on in Consor�um were engaged by Eastern Star Gas (ESG) to undertake the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) works for a 1MTPA LNG facility to be constructed at Newcastle, NSW. Hitachi Ltd undertook the Electrical, Instrumenta�on and & Construc�on por�on of the FEED scope.

HITACHI: CALLIDE UNIT 1 GENERATOR OVERHAUL, BILOELA QLD – Hitachi site manager. Overhaul of the 350MW generator and turbine valves. Outage completed on schedule and with an excellent safety record as recognised by CS Energy. Varia�ons and extensions of �me managed well allowing Hitachi to exceed profit expecta�ons.

PEABODY COAL: BURTON WIDENING PROJECT – Managed an owner's team to meet all mining related infrastructure construc�on milestones in a safe and efficient manner. The Burton Project achieved the Peabody President's award for best Safety Prac�ces in the company. Burton scope of works included:

Ÿ Mobilisa�on of Ultra Class Equipment and construc�on of related Infrastructure.Ÿ Fleet Included 800T Ultra Class Hydraulic Excavators (L9800) / 12* Cat 797 (350T) truck fleet and 4 * 600T Class

Hydraulic Excavator (L996) / 25*Cat 793 (225T) Fleet plus numerous ancillary equipment.Ÿ Construc�on of Dams and Drains for surface water management, installa�on of Bores, In-pit pumps, In-pit

depressurisa�on bores, pumping sta�ons and electrical pontoons with associated +100km pipelines for ground/surface water re�cula�on.

Ÿ Upgrade and Reloca�on of Power line Re�cula�on, Construc�on of new 3 Bay Ultra Class Workshop and infrastructure extensions to exis�ng infrastructure (fuel bay extension, tyre bay, offices etc.),

Ÿ Accommoda�on Village: Increase Camp and Messing facili�es from 400 to 600 room capacity. New Water treatment and Potable water facili�es and other core services (founda�ons/electrical/plumbing/water/gas/landscaping etc.).

Chris Hanson – DirectorChris is a technical and opera�onal prac��oner and project manager with career background in project management, mining technical services, geotechnical, geology, mine planning, feasibility studies, due diligence and health, safety and risk management.He is a Competent Person (CP) for Resource Es�ma�on under the JORC Code, having conducted a number of high profile JORC Resource assessments including for the Moa�ze and Carmichael Coal Project. He has +24 years mining experience in prac�cal opera�onal mining and consul�ng both in Australia and interna�onally, and in par�cular has strong industry experience and credibility in the areas of underground and open cut geotechnical engineering. Chris also has significant experience in structured integrated project management, having also recently been awarded a Diploma from the AIM in this area.

Andrew Huston – DirectorProject / Construc�on / Engineering manager having directly managed over A$900m worth of project work with a majority of these being brown field projects. This capability extends across the mining industry (coal, copper, gold and uranium), power genera�on (hydro & thermal) as well as LNG experience as a study manager.This unique experience and enjoyment of project work has fostered the development of an in-depth understanding of what is required to deliver a successful project, right from the study phase through to commissioning and handover. This is proven with the very successful comple�on of a recent project at a Copper mine in Laos – 98% of KPI paid. The project / construc�on management experience is supported with seven years in maintenance as a workshop supervisor or mechanical engineer within the power and mining industries.

Tim Heldt – DirectorTim has over 25 years' experience in engineering projects including the development, design and construc�on of projects primarily for the infrastructure, metals/mining industries, and has held key project and corporate posi�ons with par�cular exposure to:

Ÿ Management of innova�ve projects and products;Ÿ Development of lean project and business systems;Ÿ Structural evalua�on to op�mise business outcomes.

Tim's key skills are people mo�va�on, team building and staff development; business development; technical evalua�on and management; project, study and construc�on management. Strong communica�on skills (wri�en, aural and oral) underpin and integrate this skill set.

Robert Johansen – DirectorA�er gradua�on, Rob spent five years in opera�onal and line management roles on mine sites in Australia and South Africa. He then joined Barlow Jonker (now part of Wood Mackenzie) consul�ng on corporate, strategic and transac�onal ma�ers in the mining space, working in a dozen countries. In conjunc�on with Barlow Jonker, Rob founded a transac�on management business which managed resource industry transac�ons specialising in early stage and distressed assets, comple�ng transac�ons involving BHP, Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Yanzhou, Mitsui, Cockatoo Coal, Gympie Gold, Cargill, Thiess, Solid Energy NZ, RungePincockMinarco, Custom Mining and a number of private clients.Rob founded the Bandanna Coal group of companies and was managing director while the group was privately held, and was a non-execu�ve director a�er the group's lis�ng in 2008 un�l 2015.Rob has spent six years as an ASX company director and ten years on the boards of numerous private companies, serving on audit, risk management, nomina�on and remunera�on and due diligence commi�ees.

Dave Thomas – Principal (Underground Mining)Dave is a Principal Consultant with Adamelia Global and has 33 years of experience in the mining industry in both the coal and minerals sectors. Over the last 30 years he has consulted to the coal industry in both the USA and Australia, comple�ng numerous feasibility studies, due diligence and opera�ons reviews and independent expert assignments of both bord and pillar and longwall mining opera�ons for either coal companies or the finance sector. Prior to entering consul�ng, Dave held posi�ons as either Mining Engineer, Chief Engineer, Produc�on Superintendent or Opera�ons Manager at underground potash, borate and gold mines in the USA.He is a Competent Person (CP) for Reserve Es�ma�on under the JORC Code, having conducted a number of JORC Reserve Statements including for the Kevin's Corner Coal Project and Grosvenor. Dave also has significant experience in management of resource projects from ini�al explora�on through to feasibility and permi�ng.

Hernan E. Retamal – Principal (Open Cut Mining)Hernan is Principal Consultant with Adamelia Global and has over 30 years' experience in open cut mining opera�ons, project management, contract mining, contract management and mine consul�ng across gold, coal, base metals and minerals mining. He has strong capability in the areas of construc�on and feasibility study management, open pit mine design, running safe and efficient opera�ons and mine cos�ng primarily in Australia, South East Asia and South America.Hernan has conducted numerous opera�onal mining audits with focused on maximising equipment produc�vity, selec�vity and maintaining safe and efficient opera�ons. He also has extensive experience providing specialist drilling and blas�ng advice to clients in quarry and open pit mines in Australia and overseas gained during his engagement with ICI Explosives.Hernan has extensive consul�ng experience managing feasibility studies, due diligence and pit op�miza�on studies.

Patrick Humphries – Principal Consultant (Underground)Patrick Humphries is a Principal Consultant with Adamelia Global and has over 20 years' experience in underground coal mining opera�ons, feasibility management and mining research. Patrick has led major project feasibility studies for Adani Mining Australia, BHP Mitsubishi Alliance, Vale and Mount Isa Mines (now Glencore) to iden�fy, develop and deliver high capacity underground coal mines in a �mely manner.Patrick has a solid background in underground coal produc�on including roles as Longwall Superintendent, Technical Services Superintendent and Ven�la�on Officer at a number of Queensland mines. This work has included longwall recovery, equipment overhauls, longwall moves and major gas drainage programs including both conven�onal and surface to inseam techniques. Patrick has extensive exper�se in the development, implementa�on and management of Principle Hazard Management Plans for Ven�la�on, Gas, Mine fires and Spontaneous combus�on. He has been a leader in the development and applica�on of innova�ve iner�sa�on techniques for the preven�on of spontaneous combus�on in underground coal mines resul�ng in increased safety and produc�vity in Queensland coal mines.
