out our space to the community for a variety ofneeds and we have some new additions to theCafe space coming soon See some current

We wrapped up our summer Kids FeedingKids family breakfast program on July

27th A huge thank you to all who participatedand to our interns Debi and Taylor whoworked so hard to further develop and

implement this program Special thanks toNoosa Yoghurt Ginger and Baker TheWaffle Lab Justins Nut Butter and The

Food Bank of Larimer County for helping toprovide our participants with a tasty and

nutritious breakfast throughout the summerAND to our activity partners like The

Growing Project Beaver Lodge NatureCamp and Alpine Bloon Farm and Apiaries

for their critical support in programming

As many of you heard through the newsnewspapers or our social media FoCo Cafe gotits donation box stolen during lunch service inJuly Through the support of the communitywe were able to more than make up for the

losses and the box as been returned recentlywith only a few repairs needed to get it back inaction We are beyond ourselves with the wayin which our community responded when we

were in need

So many help to make all of the efforts ofFoCo Cafe possible We thank you all - thevolunteers farmers interns diners and all

who support the Cafes mission Stay tuned fornew and exciting updates

We have been active at the DowntownFarmers Market lately receiving generousdonation from local farms Native HillHazel Dell Mushrooms Miller FarmsSunrise Ranch Farm Dicasa CookingHoffman Farms Styria Bakery andRancho Durazno Thank you for the fresh

Our favorite guest feedback in JulyMy son who is a student at CSU suggestedwe have lunch here The food was goodsimple and well-prepared it has a greatvibe people working at your place seem toreally enjoy being there and doing whatthey do and I appreciate how everyone inthe community benefits Keep up the greatwork

and local produce to make into yummydishes for the community and stock theFreedge

Many thanks to all of the local businessesthat donated to our dessert auction at theBike-In Music festival this year We wereable to raise a few extra hundred dollars atthe festival to support our mission due tothese generous donations of gift cards andsweets

We received financial gifts fromindividuals through both the ColoradoGives website and PayPal Some of thesefolks have set up automated monthlydonations Many thanks to these thoughtfuldonors with make continuous impact Signup for one of our donor programs today

And we received weekly donations of high-value food items from Trader Joes andGinger and Baker Many items weredonated for The Giving Tree and FoCoFreedge and non-perishables for theKindness Cupboard

Many King Soopers shoppers used theirreloadable cards to benefit FoCo Cafe andwe received a generous checks totaling$53082 This is a great way to support theCafe without spending an extra penny Youget gas points and all benefits and KingSoopers makes a donation (5 of whatyou spend) In effect youre telling KingSoopers the charity you want them tosupport Thank you card users Get yourcard at the Cafe
