1 ACH MANAGER INSTRUCTIONS Log into Business Online Banking From online banking, click on Payments & Transfers on the top toolbar On the Payments & Transfers screen, click ACH to open ACH Manager ACH Manager will display and default to show the current ACH Activity The following pages will demonstrate how to: A. ACH MANAGER INSTRUCTIONS

Log into Business Online Banking From online banking, click on Payments & Transfers on the top toolbar

On the Payments & Transfers screen, click ACH to open ACH Manager

ACH Manager will display and default to show the current ACH Activity

The following pages will demonstrate how to:

A. Send a One-Time ACH to an Individual (PPD)/or Vendor (CCD) B. Collect an ACH Payment One-Time from an Individual (PPD) or Vendor (CCD) C. Creating and Sending an ACH Template D. Submit an ACH File E. Review & Approve/Disapprove an ACH-For Clients with DUAL CONTROLS

A: CREATING & SENDING A ONE-TIME ACH PAYMENT

1. On the ACH Manager screen, click +New Payment in the upper right corner

2. Select the type of ACH being sent from the drop down and click continue

3. Enter in the following information-Description for the file (i.e. Payroll, Vendor Payment, Reimbursement etc.), the effective date (date you wish the funds to arrive), In the Pay from section select the account from the drop down where the funds will be coming from and enter the total amount of the file in the amount section. In the Pay to section enter in the Payee’s Name, Identification Number (Optional-not required), Routing Number, Account Number, Account Type and amount being sent. Once completed, click Complete ACH.

4. Once Complete ACH is clicked, the system will prompt for a one-time password from your token. This will be the 8 digits from your token. Once entered click Complete Challenge.

5. Once Complete Challenge is entered, the following notice will display notifying that the file has been submitted for bank review.

NOTE: For clients with Dual Controls the notice will display as follows:

B: CREATING & SENDING A ONE-TIME COLLECTION ACH

1. On the ACH Manager screen, click +New Collection in the upper right corner

2. Select the type of ACH Collection you are performing from the drop down and click Continue

3. Enter in the following information-Description for the file (i.e. Collection, Rental Payments, etc.), the effective date (date you wish the funds to be debited from the clients), In the Pay from enter in the Individual or Company Name, Identification Number (Optional-not required), Routing Number, Account Number, Account Type and amount being debited. In the Pay to section select the account from the drop down where the funds will be credited to and enter the total amount of the file in the amount section. Once completed, click Complete ACH.

4. Once Complete ACH is clicked, the system will prompt for a one-time password from your token. This will be the 8 digits from your token. Once entered click Complete Challenge.

5. Once Complete Challenge is clicked, the system will process and return the notice showing the item is pending financial institution review.

NOTE: For Clients on Dual Control the following will display showing the item is pending client and financial institution review

C: CREATING & SENDING AN ACH TEMPLATE

1. Within ACH Manager click the Templates tab. When the Template screen opens click +New Payment Template for a payment file (payroll, vendor payments, etc.), or +New Collection Template for a collection file (rents, collections, etc.)

2. Once +New Payment is clicked select the type of file payment file from the dropdown and click continue

3. On the template creation screen enter in the name of the template, select any users who should have access

to the template and assign in the user access section, select the account to be debited in the Pay From section and enter 0.00 in the default amount (you may put the actual amount if the file totals will not change). In the Pay to section enter the payee or company’s name, identification number (Optional), routing number, account number, type of account from drop down and enter 0.00 in the default amount (if the payee amount will always be the same you may enter in the actual amount). Once complete click Save in the lower left corner.

4. Once saved the template will display in your Templates list in ACH Manager

5. To send the Template, click Templates and then click send to the right of the template name. Once Send is clicked the template will open enter the Effective date (date the funds are to be sent), in the Pay from section enter the total amount of the file, enter the dollar amounts for each payee in the Pay to section. Once finished click Complete ACH.

8. For Collection Templates, click on +New Collection Template, and once selected click the Type from the drop down and click Continue.

10. To send a collection template, click Templates and then click send to the right of the template name. Once Send is clicked the template will open. Enter the Effective date (date the funds are to be collected), in the Pay from section enter the dollar amounts for each debtor/company, in the Pay to section enter the grand total of the amount to be collected. Click Complete ACH when finished.

D: Sending an ACH File

1. Within ACH Manager click on +Import file from the right corner

2. Select NACHA or Non-NACHA from the Import type. Click Browse and attach your file. In the Type drop down select the appropriate file type for your import. Once the file is attached and the type selected, click continue.

3. Once Continue is clicked the system will perform a verification on the file and prompt for a one-time

password from your token. This will be the 8 digits from your token. Once entered click Complete Challenge.

4. Once completed you will receive a verification that the file has been submitted and is awaiting financial

institution review or is awaiting client and financial institution review.

E: Review & Approve/Disapprove an ACH File

1. For clients with Dual Controls, once an ACH has been submitted, the approver can log in to online banking and scroll to the bottom of the home page to the Payments & transfers section. Once there the ACH files waiting approval will display. Click the name to open the file to review.

2. Once open the ACH file details will display. Review the information and then click Approve or Disapprove at the bottom of the screen.

3. Once the decision has been made a confirmation will display at the top of the screen.
