I felt I was lack- ing in paid professional experience and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to utilise and build on my skills. It has ena- bled me to do exactly that. I feel valued and trusted by my team, and have gained a vast array of experience that will be nothing but beneficial as I move forward in my career. I decided to apply for this internship after finishing an MA in

Broadcast Journalism at Sheffield last September. I felt I was lack-

ing in paid professional experience and thought it would be the

perfect opportunity to utilise and build on my skills. It has ena-
