Brief presentation to our Corporation:- We are proudly well known as a pioneer company in the Yemeni market through many fields. Abualrejal Trading Corporation founded in 1974, by the owner Mr. Mohamed Yahya Abualrejal, with the main Goal of having leadership in the market through the various business fields. Therefore, Abualrejal believes this could happen only through four important elements which is "Quality, Support, Availability and Competitive prices".

Quality: - Abualrejal Corporation began with a hard work to achieve their Goal, starting from searching for the leader companies worldwide in the fields we are dealing with, like Agricultural Equipments, Generator sets, Power Tools and Building materials. And now exclusively representing a group of those well known worldwide giant European & American companies such as John Deer from France and the USA for diesel engines, BOSCH from Germany for the Power Tools, ROCA from Spain for the sanitary and tile, Hyundai from South Korea for heavy industrial, MILLER from U.S.A for Welding Machines and it's accessories and many leaders brands and companies as you can find in the attachment. Most of our partners we represent and work with them over than Twenty Years.

Support: - in the business field it’s known that customer's satisfaction is the most

important factor in the market. So from that point of view, we are providing the best levels of customer service. We train and develop our staff and engineers for that. We yearly send many of them to the mother companies for training courses. As we know the specialty of the Yemeni market and the need to upgrade customers. We are adopting many local training courses for many engineers in different areas in Yemen. So we educate people to know well what does quality mean, and keep them updated with the latest technology. Abualrejal is thereby well known as an education institution not just a business company. We start services before anyone think about it, we do sales turnkey (sale, delivery and installation) for free, in order to make sure that our products has been installed properly; we provide before and after sales services.

For example for our services before sales:-

We collect all the information from the customer in order to choose the right

product for him, according to his need and budget.

We visit the site in order to make sure the product is suitable for the customer.

We do a design for the customer whom we think they need it.

After sales service we will mention just a few:-

Delivery: - we deliver the products to the site to make sure there are no broking

or any damage for the goods. Especially many people in Yemen they don’t

understand the importance of packaging.

Installation: - Install the products especially for the water pump with engine and

generator set, in order to make sure it’s well installed and properly working.

Supervision: - for the sanitary ware and other products during and after the

installation to make sure they are perfectly installed as it should be.

Maintenance and inspection visit: - we visit our product each 3 months to

make sure it’s working correctly and properly. We change the necessary parts

that need to be change.

Spare parts: - we do our best to have all the spare parts available for the

customers at all times. For any reason if we don’t have the part available we

take the part from new product, the last option is to order it by express mail in

our cost.

Availability: - we are not a company just work for any order from any customer then we order it. From our long experience in the market, we are keeping a big stock from our products. That helps our customers to receive their inquiry at any time with any quantities. This makes us a unique company.

Now Abualrejal is working through one big Central showroom in Yemen with two floors each floor around 800 sqm, and other three showrooms just in Sana’a. Also we present our self in the most important Cities with 4 branches, “Aden, Taiz, Hodeida and Ibb”. That is not it; we also work through one of the biggest wholesalers’ network all over the country. We have over than 200 employees working in various fields.

Abualrejal vision and Goal has no limits to such successes, as matter of fact, by the year 2013 we will have new further achievements, and one of these is by announcing Abualrejal Group (Industrial and Trading group) instead of Abualrejal Trading. Because of the growth of the company business and expand of the customers network, either end customers or wholesalers. We found it’s the time to segregate the work in the way that our customers receive the best services.

At 2004 Abualrejal management represented by our General Manger Mr. Yahya Mohamed Abualrejal announce the new target of Abualrejal Corporation to announce “Abualrejal Industrial and Trading Group.” The plan has been made and set so the latest time to be announced at 2013.

Since that, we started implementing practical plans, whereas we found the first step is to prepare the companies before announcing them. Therefore, separated divisions were created according to our business fields.

Since 2004, Abualrejal Company works through: one Factory, construction Company, and other four trading divisions. By this we make sure to provide our customers have the best and the fast services. We prepare each division starts working as separate company under the direct supervision of the mother company, from importing until the sales.

Please allow us to present in brief the divisions that consisting Abualrejal Trading Corporation, which are going to be the companies of Abualrejal Group:-

SAM Factory: - Abualrejal Start assembling the Electrical Generator, Agricultural

Engine and Water Pump since 1994. We are the only one in the Yemeni market.

Since that date, SAM factory keeps developing and growing day by day. Now,

SAM is manufacturing a wide range of different products, basically concentrated

in the field of Electricity and Agricultural products as fallow:-

o Normal Generator, silent generator, with all different panels’ type.

Starting from 5KVA to 750 KVA.

o All different Agricultural Engines, vertical and submersible pumps.

o Water pipes for Vertical and submersible pumps.

o All different control panels for Generator sets and submersible pump.

ATS Panels, synchronous system, home panels and all panels for

electricity need.

o Steel constructor for any steel building one of their projects is the new

headquarter of Abualrejal Company.

o They are working with the best technology, with the world leader

companies for Diesel Engines like JoneDeer, Lamberdine and Kholer; for

alternators Meccalte and Stamford. DeepSea, Hyundai cisrcle breaker

AL-Nojame constructs company: - a company found it in 1999 for construction,

building and finishing.

Electric Divison: - this division is responsible for the electricity planet station,

also supple many equipment of the electricity. Like big Generators, transform,

switchgear, renting power and much other service they do.

Heavy Equipments Division: - they are responsible for sealing and providing

services for the Generator set and Agricultural equipment as Pumps, tractors

and all the products in this field for public, farmer, companies and individual

customers.

Tech-Tools division: - this division is working in all tools the different companies,

worker people need in all difference fields of construction and wilding. Also the

water pumps for houses and building. This division has one of the biggest

network wholesalers’ customers all over Yemen.

Sanitary and Building materials: - this division work for all bathrooms need from

the famous brands like ROCA , Geberit, Grohe, Laufen and many other brands.

Now working to complete the package of Building materials. Providing the

services of design and installing the bathrooms as it should be.
