RELATIONSHIP OF HOPE MEETING THE NEEDS OF SEXUAL WITH THE ELDERLY MARRIED MOTIVATION INSTITUTION

Background: The need to switch sexual in old age on suppression of friendship, physical proximity, personal communication and intimate physical relationship looking for fun. However, due to socio-cultural outlook, health problems and lack the elderly couple was not able to maintain sexual function. Objective: To determine the relationship with expectations of sexual fulfillment in marriage motivation dharma bhakti elderly in Surakarta. Methods: This type of research is a correlational study with cross-sectional design. This study was conducted in September 2013. The study population was all elderly who live in nursing homes Dharma Bakti Surakarta, amounting to 85 people. The sample was 48 elderly who live in nursing homes Dharma Bakti Surakarta. Results: 1) Sexual Fulfillment kebutunan in the Elderly in Nursing Wredha Dharma Bakti Surakarta including medium category (60.4%), 2) the motivation to marry in the elderly in nursing homes Dharma Bakti Surakarta including medium category (47.9%), and 3 ) There is a significant relationship between expectations of sexual fulfillment in marriage motivation in the elderly in nursing homes Dharma Bakti Surakarta (p <0,05). Conclusion: there is a relationship between the expectations of sexual fulfillment with marriage motivation in the elderly in nursing homes Dharma Bakti Surakarta.
