MIT (Manager In Training):Have you ever thought of yourself as a good leader? Do you work well in management positions? If so, then a Manager In Training position would be the perfect opportunity for you at Abercrombie & Fitch. The MIT Program is a ten week long program, where you will learn all the management aspects of running a multi-million dollar business for Abercrombie & Fitch. Training takes place at store locations. Each week, you will focus on a different aspect of running the business. The program will train you in creating the best in-store experience, recruiting, diversity, human resources, store operations, and visual merchandising. MIT completes daily readings and exercises, experiences and learns through on-the-job training, and completes weekly assessments. Once you successfully complete the training program, you are moved into an assistant manager role.
