    Scope of the Study

    The study helps in providing guidance to the employeeson how the stress can be reduced, so that they can work

    in the company with better effectiveness.

    The study also helps in managing the work life with

    personal life. The study covers the measures to reduce stress which

    will be helpful to the employees.

    Limitations

    The attitude of workers changes from time to time.Hence the result of the research may not be applicable

    in the long run.

    The result of the study would be varying according to

    the opinions of the employees. Due to time constraints a detailed study could not be

    done and the sample size has to be restricted to 50
