    Introduction

OJT or the on the job training is one of the training process where training is

given to someone new to a system similar to the real job. On-the job training is an

important way in which people acquire relevant knowledge and skills at work. It is

important to make the difference between training and learning; this is important to the

effective plan and delivery of training in organizations.OJT is a well-established and well-

used intervention designed to enhance individual skills and capabilities of its individual

    student.

On-the-job training (OJT) is one of the best training methods because it is

planned, organized, and conducted at the employee's worksite. OJT will generally be the

primary method used for enlargement employee skills and increasing productivity. It is

particularly appropriate for developing proficiency skills unique to an employee's job -

especially jobs that are relatively easy to learn and require locally-owned equipment

and facilities. OJT is an analysis of the major job requirements and related knowledge,

skills, and abilities form.On the job training or OJT is one method by which students isgiven chance to apply the theories and computations that they have learned from the

school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing

in actual work setting. Colleges and universities require their students to undergo

such training within a specific number of hours as part of the curriculum. For the

students, an OJT or internship program provides opportunities to

go through the actual methodologies of a specific job using the real tools.

    FORM OF GOVERNMENT

As to what form of government did this pre- Spanish Village have is not known.

We can just rely chiefly on the information given by the Spanish writers of early

Philippine state organization. Anilao was made a pueblo in 1756 by the Spaniards and

governed by a gobernadorcillo. The first gobernadorcillo was Don Juan Pagdalanon. The

neighboring pueblos then were Laglag (now Dueas) on the North, Ajuy on the east,

Araout (now Dumangas) on the southwest and the swamps and the sea on the south.

    TRANSFER OF TOWN SITE

In the year 1800, under the leadership of Gobernadorcillo Don Juan Laureano,

the Anilaonons moved their Pueblo to the present town site. It is approximately a

kilometer and a half from the town site. It is approximately a kilometer and a half from

the former pueblo. The distance of the new pueblo form the sea coast stopped the

Moro marauders from the molesting the inhabitants. The following year Don Juan Rafael

became the Gobernadorcillo. He directed the formation of the present town site andthe construction of public buildings of the pueblo. In 1822, the head of the pueblo was

no longer called gobernadorcillo but acalde. This lasted for two years only, for in 1824 it

    was restored again to gobernadorcillo.

TWOYEAR TERM AND THE DARK YEARS

The term of the gobernadorcillo was lengthened to two years by virtue of thedecree issued in 1863. Don Justiniano Araneta was appointed Gobernadorcillo in this

year. On July 18, 1880 earthquake was felt in the pueblo. Don Carlos Cabagal was the

    gobernadorcillo.
