To bring forth that real within. wa must keep our minds steadilyflxed on the Real. Refuse to thlnk of the 1mperfectlon - of theimperfectt. We see only the Real. We see ourselves perfect·. Letus bless these body-temples of ours. Bless soul and body. Letus forgive ourselves every mistake we have ever made. Let usrealize that through Jesus Chrlst all our sins are forglven andwe are free to express the Perfect Man, the Perfect Woman. Let usbehold these body-temples as pure and holy. Pure with the purityor Jesus Christ. Let us know that every function and every organin soul and body are pure under the Llght of Spirit. The cubject of this particular lesson ls the "Resurrected andAscended Man"--That man is Jesus Chrlst. Jesus Christ lives in thespiritual ethers, Omnlpresent, ln the Kingdom of the heavens whichwlll eventually be our home when we have made the grade---when wehave made the grade and brought forth the tildden Man of the Bible.Let us medltate upon this thought: "I REST IN THE CONSCIOUSNESSOP ETERNAL LIFE AND HEALrH AND I AM Ar PEACE." One of the qualities of the Rldden kan of the Blble ls that helooks to God for his supply and support. he knows that worldly con-dltions cannot affect hls income ln any way because he knows how tooperate the Divlne Law of Supply. He becomes conscious of the splendorsof the Invisible Spiritual Substance. always open to him. and heknows no lack. He knows the law. He knows that he cannot reapwhere he has not sown. He knows he cannot receive unless he hadfreely given. He gives freely of himself to God, to the Father. andhe looks to the Father for hls good. The Father through Jesus Christ19 the One Source.

How many of us would 11ke to know to a greater degree how tolay hold of Omnlpresent oubstance. Let us think intently on justhow to lay hold on Omnlpresent Jupply so that outer condltions donot affect us. Now do we not have to fix our minds steadily on thisInvisible Substance? Hold it there; and us we refuse to let ourminds wonder in the least. we flnd that we pull to us the electricalpartlcles:xzii which make up the atoms of this Substance. The sixty-six authors of the Books of the Blble tell us in afragmentary way about Thls Hidden Man and we get the understandingthat he ts a Spirltual Man, that he is the Son of God. and that thisMan was demonstrated by Jesus Christ. But lt 1sn' t made clear inany of the books of the Old restament. just where this Man ls, orwhat his relation is to the personal man or the physical man. It tsonly in the New Testament. and especially as interpreted by Daul,that We get the locality of the Spiritual Man and he ts located justwhere Jesus said the Kingdom of Heaven ts located, and that iswithin us.

So we must look to the Spiritual Man in ourselves, encased inthe body. That ts the center of actlvity, the Kingdom of Heaven,the Kingdom of Harmony, Love, Joy, Peace. Happlness, Substance, everyquality we have ever read of or thought of cr realized or idealizedts wlthln us. Here ts the key to the whole situation: It ls withinus - the Kingdom or God ts withln us.

And Modern Science la giving us a wonderful - well - corrobora-tion of this teaching that we find in the Bible. Now you will know,lf you have studied the sclentlflc discoveries of our more advancedteachers, that science has turned itself upside down in the lasttwenty-five years. The"Nebular rheory" of the atom has been super-seded by the teaching of the electronic forces concealed in the atom,and these forces have just recently been discovered.

Now, we are told Space, which was once supposed to be empty,ts really filled with energy; that space ts the source of matter:that this earth came out of srace. We thought lt was the real thingwhen the early astronomers thought that all our plinets and our sunrevolved around the earth. But we have changed that and found wehave revolved around the sun. Now then. we find that we must look more to the Invisible things.And how shall we see Invisible things? Well, there ts a mind in usthat ts constantly functlonlng ln a realm that lays hold of forcesor Invisible things. We canet see thls mlnd - can't see theactivltles of the mind - but we know lt does accomplish wonderful tthings through the power of the Invisible Elements.

As I say, Science 18 proving thls over and over. rhe greatest 'of the Modern Scientists who have apprehended about these forces,la Elnsteln, and he has proven that. He says 'dpace ts eating upmatter' ; 'that matter la becomlng unreal: doesn't exist at all'.This week we read where a great meeting of oclentlsts in England, an =,Association of Scientists and Teachers and Healers - Leaders I mean-was held. The President of that Society ls Dr. James Jeans, and heboldly stated that the only thing ln existence that we could conceiveof was through our own mind -- nothing existed outslde our own mind.This must have been a boobghell for those who were material minded;believing in the reality of everything they see: they measure every-thlng from that standpoint. Dr. Jeans says thls ls proved to betruc. Elnstcln tells us we can't get out of the certain environmentwe exist in, whlch is called the Universe. That Light which tssupposed to travel ln straight 1lnes. doe'hit: lt ls bent and doesn'tcome from where lt seems to come from. ke can't get out of theUniverse. do we never can know What is beyond because we can' t getout. We can have only a concept of what ts in our own mlnds.

rhts brings us to the appllcation of the law of revealing theHidden Man. That ts what Jesus Christ did. The Hidden Man also lsinvolved in everyone of us by the Elohlm-Mind, the Image of God, thatGod-Image 18 in everyone of us. and our real indlviduallty comesthrough the revelation and bringing forth of that Image, and JesusChrist was the Cllmax. We know man 15 spirit, soul and body. But we have thought thatthe body dldn't really amount to very much; that - well - we dledand the body went back to the elements and that was all there wasabout lt.

Now the Scientlfic World has given us the key to what Jesus demonstrated. de talked a great deal about his body. Scientists say thisCosmic energy. this Cosmic ray is right in the Universe and it 13 -well - functionlng through certain centers. fhe atomic electricalenergy at the center of every cell in the body ts the 1nflow, theconsciousness of inflow and outflow of this universal ether, universallife. rhe sunshine of Splrlt ls shinlng all through us all the tlme.

The next point ls: Why don't we know lt? We donst know. Butlf we have thought at all. we just thought that some sort of miraclewould be performed after we are dead, and that we would know aboutlt then.

rhe question now 18: We must know for ourselves. "Know yenot of yoursalves what ls the fruth?" Said Jesus. The Kingdom ofGod ls belng used. It isn't a matter of moral reform. There mustbe spiritual appreciation, the development of the Splritual Man,that will take up and bring his conscious mind through his body intoa new kind of body, through using the latent energies. I say lt tsstored-up energy.

Every mouthful of food we eat ts stored-up energy. It lsvltallty, 11fe, power, But you don't get the beneflt of it unlessyou masticate and digest that food. There ls the same necessity tomasticate the food in our mlnds. In other words. there ts a UniversalSubstance, Jesus called it 'hls body". He compared tt to his bodyand sald, "Eati Thts ls my body". His Body in the Invlslble. It18 Invisible, Everywhere Present. As we begin to think about lt,it beg ins to percolate into our bodies; when we think about itscharacter, life, energy. power, our minds are mastlcatlng that andit gets back into what are called "germ centers" down in our sub-conscious, and there around the jolar Plexus tt ls dlgested und be-comes part of our new body-consciousness. And these cells in ourbodies are broken into and stripped of the material envelope orcrust and become part of the body. That is the process Jesus wentthrough, and that body became so universal and so radlant that any-body that wanted to could plck lt up 19 olnd and impart it throughthe cells of their body there like leaven.

There ts a great deal attributed to the woman who put yeast intothe lump and it leavened the whole mass. That ls what goes on ln us.But also there was the Life Force. so Jesus gave ,us also the cup andsald, "Thls ts my blood. Drlnk lt". 0: hls blood, he said, on thecross, that it was making Universal the life-flow in his organism.This ts explalned sclentlflcally and I Know truly just what toogplace at the cruclflxlon, the resurrection and the ascenston. Theseare the three great steps that lead us out of the old mortal limitedconsciousness that belleves in a three-dimension world, that ts Adamthat ts Judas. that is the man who crled out on the cross, "My God lMy Godt Why has thou forsaleen mel" rhat man belleves in a God whoslts on a throne somewhere. fhat man must die.

fhen there is the Resurrection and that raises man up to theconsciousness of what ts called the Cosmic Reale. the realm that hasto do with limited expression. It ts unll=lted so far as our presentlimited world ts concerned. because when Jesus Jame into the AstralRealm, he could go through doors. appear and disappear, or go throughlocked doors or walls. That is tne next ztep.

But there ts stlll another step. that ls Ascenslon-where weare raised up to bplrltual Consciousness. where only Ideas are real.

But the next great step, the one we are taking now, ts theResurrection; a condition in which we should transform these bodiesinto a body form, body shape. that will be very much like the presentbodies, but immortal, incorruptible. 30 lf we can look at the Biblein thts 11ght, and read lt. we w111 understand more and more aboutlt. He developed the Llfe Force. In other words, the corpusclesof the blood have got thls inner Hind Energy. or as the scientistssay, electrical energy. It ts in two forces: posltlve and negatlveforce; protons and electrons. So the sclentlst says in the bloodstream ln our bodies every corpuscle ts filled with an energy and itis supplied with elemental bodles as numerous as the passengers onone of the large ocean liners. and that each corpuscle in our bloodts inhablted in this way.

Do we know anything about thatt Very little. Jesus becameacquainted with that. He could master it - and he could pick uphis body or lay tt down as he sald. He taught we should put on immortal bodies; the corruptlble shallput on incorruptton. Dont t get away from the idea. we have the seedof immortality in our bodies now. not some future state. but to bedemonstrated here now.

He said also that our transformation would be accomplished by'the renewing of our minds. Now both John the Baptist and Jesus

  taught the necessity of a change of mind in both their proclamations,that we should 'repent'. "hepent yet Repent yet I' ·which in theoriginal 121 "Change your mlndl Change your mind I" We have thoughtthat this was golng to come about through some future change, forthe teaching ts that. But it ls now.

He asked, "Know you not that your body ts the temple of theHoly Spirit which ls wlthln you, which ye have from Gods and ye arenot your own, you are bought with a prlce; therefore you glortlyGod wlthln your bodies (I Cor. 19: Know ye not that your body lsa temple of the Holy Spirit which ls in you. which ye have from God?And ye are not your own; 20. If your body wasn't filled with the essence ofInfinite Mind. you would snap right out of your body. We interferewith the full expression of that by not recognizing that, by notglvlng our bodles to God.

Th13 all has been inter-preted that after we are dead we will gc to heaven. But thls ts all1n the Now, Our bodies are now in this heavenly state so the onlydeath of whlch we have any evidence ts the death of the body.

Do you know anything about the death of the soul or mind?But we are told this body is really dead - not the death of the soul.The death of the body ts the only thing we know anything about andtt plays an important part in man's existence. For hlm, the body lshere. The mind makes tha body. Having made it, and put into itbreath, the body becomes a mind projected, or son-mindi and some are11ke the father - your body becomes like what you think. "As a manthinketh, so ls he". Jesus taught the 11fe and substance in hls body was tn allbodies, and would be made manifest in us lf we would enter 1nto thesame Spirit that he had through Falth and that ls symbollzed bydrinking and eating - 'eating his body, and drinking his blood'.And Paul taught also, if. in the outer partaking of what is calledthe Lord's Supper, we didn't discern the real spiritual character ofthat Substance and that ··Life, that it would react upon us as acondemnation, and that many of those who were really sttlving toget into the Kingdom had fallen asleep - that ls, died, because theydldn't realize that Truth. As you partake of the Holy Communlon,remember you must realize that you are partaking of that Spiritual

Of course, the more direct way is that of eating. or partakingconstantly of the Divine Substance, Divine Life. and that frees thecells in your own organism, and you w111 begln to form thls Lord'sBody.

Now, we are told by physlologlsts there are two kinds of cells1n our bodles. What are called the "germ cells", composing theprimary nervous system, and those cells are made up of electrlcalunlts which we retaln through 11fe. rhe second cells build the bodystructures and muscles and all the tendons and end organs of the motornerves.

So you can see how we have withln us this 'Germ-body'and that germ-body exists only in the thought of the organism thatit is encased in. fhe bony structures of the arms, for example,haven't any germ cells, nor the legs. It is only in this fInnerSpiritual nervous system, and that ls where the Kingdom of God ls.And it ls in the use of this kingdom that we have been given the con-sclousness of our real selves.

Now Jesus Christ taught that he existed in the Omnlpresent,because he sald, "Lo I am wlth you always'I. And the Spiritual Manwas revealed to John on the Isle of Patmos. ke will find it in theFirst Chapter of Revelatlons, where he saw thls man; he said he wasin the Splrlt on the Lordls Day when he heard a loud voice.Rev. 1:1-18

Now this Revelation of John was a realization, or seeing --

he absolutely saw, when in Spirit--he saw the Lord Jesus in Spirit.That revelation was what many people have had. Paul had it. Five

hundred. we are told, just after the Resurrectlon, beheld Jesus. Sowe can, if we know where to look for hlm, flnd nlm. Part of thlsundoubtedly was symbolical.

Now Jesus, in his body withine released these Dlvlne Energies.

We are putting on new bodies to the extent we have faith in it, and

in Revelation this body consciousness was revealed to John. and he

saw Jesus as he really was.

But I say, as we develop in that consciousness we realize wecan form a body through which we can see. Undoubtedly the tlme lscoming when we will be able to see everything that pertalns to

spiritual realltles. ke will see there with the new eyes. and the

new ears we are forming. und waken unto a new consciousness in newsurroundings of every kind that will bring us into a ne

w world.

That ts something worth knowing. Jind it is worth our while to give

attention to it, to give attention to the development of this

Super-body.

'Flesh and blood cannot enter Into heaven' because we mustput on the heavenly state of mlnd. fhat means work.

dere is another one: When we dle havlng faith in Jesus asour Savlour, won't we be saved, and don't we go to heaven?

That ls what we call the orthodox teaching. there is no doubtthere ls a certain element of good in that. because whenever anyonehas faith in Jesus Unrist as his Savlour, that makes contact wlth ahigher vibration, or a higher state of life and energy. and havingmade that contact, or course, they would be in a more harmonlousstate, be in a mind condition that would be far in advance of theordinary mlnd. The fact is, we don't change our minds when we leaveour bodles. The mind ls the same old mlnd. It doesn't change. Itts exactly the same envlronment, The environment may be one of dls-cord and inharmony - when we pass out in that environment, we go intoone like we have left. But tf we have faith in the joye harmony,lovo, power, purity of Jesus Chrlst. we are savcd from a great dealof the world's discords, or the psychic condition. Thls ls calledby the Catholic Church 'Purgatory'. They da/SLm they have to praysome of their adherents out of Purgatory. There ts something to that.But if you are in the Splrlt of harmony. purity, love, justice,truth, righteousness. that goes with the teachings of Jesus, we findwe don' t have to be prayed out o f Purgatory. If I live all my lifein a very pure, harmonlous state before I pass out. then after I willbe in the same state. But that lin't the fulfillment of the Promiseof Jesus Christi zte taught we should do this blfore death. weare asked whether we pray for people who nave passed on and, and wesay tf you feel you should pray for them who have passed out of thebody in Ignorance or inharmony, Pray for them. fhe prayer of theFalthful does great good, we finds wherever we are. whether in the

body or out of the body. Paul sald. lt doesn't make much difference,wherever you are in consciousness. The kind of a mind you areworking in makes the difference. There are some other points wehave to take up, but I. flnd our tlme ls more than consumed.

Now this concluding lesson of course, is one that we all, weteachers, feel we would like to have lt continued. . We feel like wewant to meet every Tuesday night, because we feel you are growinginto this new understanding of Truth. We are just getting togetherand communing and thinking about these real Truths and getting con-cepts of thelr reality.
