MULTIPURPOSE
TO THE TIP OF ITS TINES
• You want to carry out surface stubble cult ivat ion,3-7 cm, and sett ing up a real stale seedbed.
• You want to carry out stubble cult ivat ion and incorporate straw to a depth of 7-15 cm, in order to keep organic matter near the surface.
• You want to carry out deep stubble cult ivat ion down to 35 cm, and replace plough use.
• You would like to loosen the soil deep down for good water penetrat ion, and for lower power consumpt ion, thus fuel consumpt ion.
• You consider quick, easy sett ings to be of upmost importance.
• You would like a machine that can adapt to all of your soil types, with a t ine that is stable in the ground.
• You want to reduce operat ing costs by using carbide wear parts.
Opt for a CULTIMER L, to be able to adapt to different types of jobs, be sure of getting high quality work done with a simple, robust, effi cient, and versatile tool, and reduce maintenance costs by using high quality wear parts. These 3 advantages combined in one package, make this machine one of the most versatile and effi cient stubble cultivators on the market.

WITH HIGH QUALITY STUBBLE CULTIVATION, YOU CAN ONLY WIN !
SOIL DEPTH MAINTAINED BY600 KG TINES
1 The t ine’s working depth is maintained at a constantlevel thanks to the new double spring mechanicalNon-Stop safety system. In any soil type, and especiallyin stony soil, the 600 to 800 kg t ip pressure carries out homogeneous work.
2 High quality materials are used to produce this robust design. Drop-forged fl ange and beam.

5
The curved shape and bevelled defl ectors carry out a homogeneous straw and soil mix. The soil is ejected to the front and taken again by the t ine.
3 Effi cient work, even in stony ground. The t ine is madeof high tensile strength steel so can shift to the side before shift ing vert ically.
EXCEPTIONAL MIXING QUALITY
CULTIMER L 1000
To achieve quality work, it is
necessary to have well levelled
soil and a good straw spread.
On a fl at surface, the roller works
more effectively and its pressure
on the soil is homogeneous
which prevents any windblown
effect.
• levelling discs:
Elastomer safety makes them
highly versatile in any
conditions, including stony
ground.
Depending on your
soil type, KUHN has
the roller that best suits your situation.
From the lightest
to the heaviest,
each model has its specialty:
WELL LEVELLED SOIL FOR QUALITY STUBBLE CULTIVATION
EVERY SITUATION HAS ITS ROLLER
6
T-Ring: light roller, aggressive
on clods and straw. Maintains good coarse soil. Ideal for silty
soils. 600 mm and 130 kg/m
(available season 2016).
T-Liner: the new light
multipurpose roller for stony and wet conditions. It is as aggressive
as the T-Ring. 600 mm and 140
kg/m in treated steel. Impact
and wear resistant.
The CULTIMER L has exceptional driving capacity to work in any type of crop residue, including grain corn.
With 85 cm under-frame clearance and 70 cm beam spacing, residues are incorporated into the soil with no
problem of blockage.
The tines are positioned every 30 cm which is the optimum spacing for residue passage. The machine works
well, even at high speeds.
7
Packliner: rubber coated roller,
ideal in light soil or to ensure maximum surface area soil
tamping. 600 mm and
165 kg/m.
HD-Liner 600: the new heavy, high tamping capacity
roller. The V-shape spreads the pressure out
vertically and obliquely, for deep down tamping along
the length of the roller. 600 mm and 180 kg/m
in impact and wear resistant, treated steel.

OPTIONS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

MULTIPURPOSEEFFICIENT TINES
DEEP STUBBLE CULTIVATION: 80 MM TIPS AND 350 MM FINS
Mounted as standard on the CULTIMER, this t ip can be equipped with 2 side fi ns for stubble cult ivat ion at a depth of 7-15 cm. Without the fi ns, this share can work down to 35 cm.
INCREASED LONGEVITY: CARBIDE TIP AND FINS
The lifespan of these parts is 5 t imes longer than for convent ional parts thanks to their carbide plates: t ime and labour saving. The 50 mm t ip is intended for deep soil restructuring (35 cm) with limited power requirement.
SURFACE STUBBLE CULTIVATION:DUCK-FOOT SHARE
This 350 mm share, is designed part icularly for surface stubble cult ivation. Even at limited depths (3 to 7 cm), is scalps the top soil.
LOW MAINTENANCE COSTS
Our carbide wear parts (t ips) are forged then treated. This makes them robust and extremely wear resistant. The grooves on the upper side fi ll with soil and reduce wear even further by the soil-soil contact. In addit ion, the carbide plates are posit ioned in3 separate areas on the t ip ensuring except ional soil penetrat ion on hard ground, reduced power requirement and a long life in terms of wear.
Note: The carbide plates tuck under the t ip to prevent them from detaching in stony condit ions.
LOW OPERATING COSTS
MAINTENANCE TIME SAVINGS
The t ines and the levelling disc hubs are maintenance-free to save you t ime.
