Be aware of your learners' intelligence and avoid accidentally insulting it. Exercise caution with senior managers.

Before you do that identify and analyze your learners:
Q1: WHAT IS THEIR CURRENT ROLE AND BACKGROUND?
Keep the materials agile so they are easyto adapt in the next course.
When you're creating courses for experts or beginners always look for the best individuals among them to keep the course challenging yet interesting.
Q2: WHAT ARE THEIR EXPECTATIONS?
Short surveys at the end of the course will do the trick.
Make sure they are placed on the top of your design process.
However, do not forget about the organization learning needs itself.
Q3: ADJUST THE TYPE OF LEARNING
If you train a user on how to use a company product think about highly interactive, storyline metarials (eg. real life situations).
End-user training can be basic or advanced, depending on the capability of the user.
Q4: WHAT ARE THEIR SKILLS?
- you’ll be able to prepare course materials that are organization centered.
- identify the current skills of your learners.
- determine the desired skills from their managers.
Q5: WHAT IS THEIR LOCATION?
Make sure that your content works both for online teaching and in-house courses.
Are your learners available for in-house lessons or only for remote courses?
Q6: WHAT IS THEIR INFRASTRUCTURE?
This will help you plan your course and which tools will be available in the organization.
Determine the kind of learning management system available for course deployment.
Q7: HOW WILL THEY APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE?
- set out the objectives of the course- state clearly what your learners will get out of it- suggest in which situations they will be able to use
the gained knowledge
Q8: WHAT IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE TEACHING STRATEGY THAT CAN BE USED?
