a) Paper Presentations: Note that only those papers have been included in the program which have been selected for oralpresentation and at least one of whose author(s) registered as a ‘presenting author’ at the time of registration.

b) The Speakers are requested to report to the Session Chairman in the assigned Conference Room not later than 10 minutesbefore the Session starts. Each presentation will be of 15 minutes duration (12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes forQuestions and Answers).

c) Multimedia facilities will be available for the presentation.

d) All Speakers and Session Chairs must strictly adhere to the time schedule.

e) The Author(s) should send the power point OR PDF presentation copy to [email protected], latest by 21 st Sep. 2013 before4 pm.

f) The programs for opening, closing, conference dinner and technical site tour will be issued separately.

g) For further information please feel free to contact the Conference Secretariat at the following address. [email protected]

h) Paper selected for poster presentation shall be provided two standard size standees of 2 x 5 feet, and the Author(s) arerequired to bring printing panaflex for display.
