Iwant to write about thisanimal because cardinalsare my favorite animal.
Who am I? The Northern Cardinalʼspopulation has gone up in thelast 200 years . Itʼs habitatchanges because of people. Asong to the Northern Cardinalis actually a signal to where tobring food to. When the maleNorthern Cardinal sees itʼsreflection it will constantly tryto fight it off. Sometimes thecardinal might run into a treebecause it was just trying tofight its reflection off.
The Early Years The Northern Cardinal
stays with its mom for oneyear and then leaves.During that one year thebaby cardinalʼs motherteaches the baby cardinalhow to fly, make nests,get food, and sing. Thecardinal really doesnʼt gettaught but just kind oflooks at what itʼs mom isdoing and it just copies it.
