Piers joined Allsop in 2011, from GVA Saxon Law where he was Head of West End Investment & Development, to establish the London West End team with Nick Pemberton.

The team offers investment, development, leasing and asset management advice. Piers is involved in all disciplines across the team providing a holistic view from each stand point, having worked in the Central London market for over 20 years.

secured off market for Resolution as a result of the Receivership of the Freeholder for £43M in 2015

• Creative refurbishment and extension to create 244,661 sq ft of newly refurbished Grade A office, restaurant, bar, gym and ancillary accommodation which Allsop 100% pre-let during construction. The landmark building is situated on the north side of Finsbury Square.

• Allsop advised on the international marketing strategy to secure a purchaser. Following the implementation of the marketing campaign the property was sold in September 2015 for a price of £280M, reflecting a net initial yield of 4% to Sinar Mas Land.
