For the current website of Dynamic Microlink Pvt. Ltd. that we have under taken, the corresponding scope of our website is as follow:

Context:

Guest Site: Our website enables the Guest user to register themselves as user or

advertiser. Guest user can see the categorized classifieds/ads uploaded by

advertiser and also search particular classified.

User Site: User can see the categorized classified/ads and also search particular

classified. User can send a query to advertiser for particular classified and get

response for that query. User can save particular ads. User can update personal detail

Advertiser Site: Advertiser can purchase scheme to upload classifieds/ads. To upload classified, advertiser has to select particular scheme that

have sufficient balance and has to define display format for that classified.

Advertiser can receive query from user for particular classifieds/ads and give them response.

Advertiser can view scheme ledger that contain current status of scheme and classifieds/ads upload in different scheme.

Advertiser can get remainder related scheme status i.e. scheme expiry and point expiry.

Advertiser can update their personal detail Advertiser can search particular classifieds/ads.

Admin Site: Admin can manage the different databases. Admin can also upload and mange classifieds behalf of advertiser. Admin can approve scheme activation and ad activation request of

the advertiser. Admin can view the details of user, advertiser and their scheme

detail and feedback detail. Admin can search particular classifieds/ads.

Information objectives :

Required Input: User provides personal details to register into site and latter

on he/she can update personal detail. User can provide a query detail for the particular classified. User can also provide feedback detail.

Advertiser provides the classified details, response detail for particular query. Advertiser provides personal detail for updation.

Admin provides classifieds detail, scheme detail, price detail, etc.

Generated Output: It will display classifieds, the description of the selected

classified, scheme information, reminders, user’s details, query-response detail activation requests, etc.

Functions and performance:

When user link to site, he/she able to see classifieds/ads from different categories.

When a particular classified is selected, user can see the description of that classified.

User can able to send a query to advertiser for particular classified and get response for that query. User can also save classifieds as per his/her interest.

When user/advertiser is logged in to the site, session is established and removed as user is logged out.

User/advertiser can update personal details after logged in to website.

Advertiser can upload classifieds according to available different display formats, only if he/she has active scheme with sufficient balance and can manage them. Advertiser can purchase new schemes and get information about current status of scheme. Advertiser gets queries from user and gives them responses for that query.

The administrator can update databases as need arise, and can view user details, advertiser’s details and his/her scheme details, feedbacks, etc.

The administrator can able to upload and manage classifieds behalf of advertiser.

Constrains associated in the development of any software system include those that are common to all systems and constrains specific to the system. The common constrains may include lack of managerial participation, tight develop schedule, frequent change in requirements of the management, etc. We have also experience similar a type of constrains listed above and others some of constrains are listed below with which we have developed this system.

It is a general system and hence there is unique form layout and format.

It requires Microsoft Windows environment.

This project is future developed as a part of curriculum and future submitted within a period of a 6-month as total time

We hope that this type of online classified portal will yield to certain benefits to customer. We have tried our best to illustrate some of them.

Large amount of documentation preparation is reducing to a large extent because this system automatically dose required calculations and maintains records.

Save time of users and yield accurate and precise results.

Proposed system can keep track of important details of users and also of classifieds.

Large amount of data can be maintained easily.

It provides descriptive information to the users about classifieds on a single key stroke.
