This promotion is available at island-wide AXA@POST Post Of�ces and participating roadshows between 1 May 2017 to 31 August 2017. This promotion is applicable to all cash regular premium policies underwritten by AXA Insurance Pte Ltd (“AXA”) (Company Reg. No. 199903512M) and excludes AXA Shield and all plans using Central Provident Fund monies.

The monetary credits are not exchangeable for cash and may be used to offset purchases from Courts (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Courts”). The use of Courts monetary credits is subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant providing the product and/or service. AXA reserves the right to replace the above gifts with other models of equivalent value in the event that stocks are unavailable. Colors and versions of the gifts may vary and are while stocks last.

You should read the product summary and the product highlights sheet (“PHS”) before deciding whether to subscribe for units in the ILP sub-fund. The product summary and the PHS may be obtained from a Financial Consultant representing AXA.

Buying health insurance products that are not suitable for you may impact your ability to �nance your future healthcare needs. It is usually detrimental to replace an existing accident and health insurance policy with a new one. A penalty may be imposed for early policy termination and the new policy may cost more or have less bene�ts at the same cost.
