IlluminatedOn our tray signs we can produce many differenteffects, such as individually machined illuminated lettersthat create a "halo" effect around the sign, whilstkeeping the background non-illuminated. Any font orintricate logo can be machined to create a stunningsign that certainly stands out from the crowd.

Our non-illuminated tray signs are items that we produceeveryday, we manufacture approximately 250 per month. Theyare available in any length by approximately 1400mm high.They can be supplied in a variety of finishes such as all theprimary colours, black, white and grey. One of the most popularoptions is our brushed aluminium option, also available inbrushed gold and bronze/copper. If you are after somethingtruly unique we can digitally print directly to your tray sign withcorporate colours and logo.

A tray sign is probably the most used and best solution toprovide a high quality sign, but at a really affordable cost.Our tray signs (sometimes referred to as pan signs) aremachined on our CNC from an Aluminium CompositeMaterial such as Dibond which is available in variety offinishes, then folded to produce a "lid effect" which is securedto a wall or fascia to create a new sign. 1110

AcrylicAcrylic comes in all variety of brands, probably thebest known is "Perspex" which is like the hoover to thevacuum cleaner! We use the best materials such asPerspex in a variety of colour finishes and thicknesses.Available in standard colours, tints, fluorescents andmetallics, together with our plastic finishing division inhouse we can provide not only acrylic letters, but anyacrylic display requirement.

Vac FormedWe offer Vacuum formed letters in a variety of fonts,heights and colours. Vacuum formed letters can often beseen on public buildings and are used by professionalcompanies to great effect. They are a good balancebetween flat cut lettering and full built-up lettering.

Digital Print SolutionsAt Intent Signs we operate various digital printing processes, fromFlat bed UV printers to Roll fed Solvent printers. We can print ontovirtually any material including wood and metal – we have evenprinted onto bread! We have both large and small (SRA3) formatdigital printers in-house, which means that we can print any sizethat you require from large format graphics to small flyers.
