Post office Scenario

• A customer wants to open an SB Account and has produced all the relevant documents and got a CIF ID – How to Open an SB Account

• An existing customer wants to modify the nomination details – how to modify

• An existing customer wants to close an SB Account – How to close an SB A/c

• An old customer wants to know the new account number after migration – How to get the new account number

Savings Account

• In Finacle, SB A/c can be opened for Single holder, joint holder and so on as per the rules

• Minimum required fields including nomination details are to be entered by the counter PA

• Rest of the process will done at CPC including Digitalization of record and linking it to Finacle

• Account Number created by Finacle will have 10 digits• Account opened by counter PA has to be verified by

Supervisor• Account can be modified before and after verification

For opening of an account Customer submits Account Opening Form along with KYC Documents

After creation of CIF ID account will be opened by using CASBAO/QDESA

Account can be modified by the creator by using CASBAOM/QDEMSABV

Opened Account has to be verified by supervisor by using CASBAV/QDESAVF

Process flow

After Verification, funding can be done by using CTM. Transaction ID has to be verified by the supervisor by same option

For Closing the account HCAAC menu option is used and verified by supervisor by same option

You can get the New Account Number from the Migrated account by using CNAC menu option
