Located in Park Tzameret, a new ex-clusive area in Tel-Aviv, this complex contains two towers of 35 and 39 floors, with 300 apartments, fitness club, spa and swimming pool, having a total area of 75K sqm.

MYS Architects have been working on this project together with the fa-mous French designer Philip Stark to achieve total perfection. The de-sign concept of this project is a round structured building where as the walls inside it are straight. The apartments are designed as an open space with-out any structural pillars so that each tenant can customize his own space according to his needs.

Yoo, one of the foremost brand names in luxury real estate today, has rede-fined contemporary luxury residential values.

This thirty storey residential tower, located in the heart of Tel-Aviv, is the first of it's kind in Israel, designed asan energy efficient 'green building' with an environmen-.tally friendly approach

The building was designedin the Bauhaus architectural spirit of the 1930s and 1940s, and reminiscent of the Dizengoff square.façade just south of the site

Anador is an exclusive residential project of 70,000 sqm including 540 apartments in three 27 story towers. The ground floors include a spa with health center and swimming pool and a private residents’ club. Additionally, there is a small com-mercial center facing Vasile Lascar street.

Visitors enter through a main lobby guarded by a concierge, pass an elaborate 2000 sqm inner garden to the private lobby and lounge of each tower.The variety of apartments ranges from one bedroom apartments of 65 average sqm on the first 10 floors to penthouses, lofts and duplexes on the higher floors.

The most luxurious apartments include double height living rooms and private swimming pools on the balconies. Average penthouse size is about 230 sqm.

IBMThis eight-storey building is IBM’s main office in Israel. The building is located in Azorim Park, a well known high-tec park, and includes a total area of 20K sqm.

The oval shape of the building in positioned at the far end of the business park and defines the edge of the area.

The inside of the building is designed to work as an open space plan with the appropriate acoustical handling. At the center of the building, across from the elevators, lies an impressive wide spiral staircase which is the vertical spine of the building and connects between the horizontal spaces.

The project has won first prize in Architectural Competition.

The 46 storey tower is coated by a double glazed glass screen wall. The glass is from floor to ceiling providing an obstruction free view from the offices. The interior distributionof the offices is flexible with the option of form- ing executive corners in every even numbered.floor

The main lobby is elegantly designed, using natural materials such as wood, glass, black basalt. A spectacular waterfall decorates thethree storey lobby and forms a natural exten- sion of the ecological pool situated in the front.entrance square

The underground 5 level parking provides.1,070 parking spaces

The tower is a pioneer in sustainable design. Its double glazed glass screen wall has a low e coating, which saves on energy and offers the best thermal and acoustic isolation. It also provides maximal natural lighting. The complex.uses a recycling system for grey water

Discount towerThe 31 story building is located close to the first historical neighborhood in Tel-Aviv, “Achuzat Bait”, at the heart of the renewable business center of the Rotchild boulevard.

It was built adjacent to the old headquarter bank. The project includes as well the renewal of the old house and today they both act as one organic unit.

The rounded wings of the tower are creating an assembly perspective which makes the building a unique unit in the urban view. This architectural element enables to locate offices at the corners of the building which actually has 8 corners instead of just 4. This advantage is unique since the corners are the most desirable offices in a building.

The lobby of the tower is 3 stories high and includes a coffee shop and a restaurant. The specific selection of art work and the right use of materials and colors create a comfort, welcoming atmosphere.

The Ramat Aviv Mall is the most elegant, prestigious and well-known mall serving the residents of northern Tel Aviv.

A wide plaza stretches in the front of the mall and a large garden at the back. The inner space of the mall is designed as the shape of a two-story main avenue. Each of the three squares along the avenue has its own shape and character and creates a place with different identity and sense.

The use of material, color scheme and shapes was inspired by the white and modern architectural era of Tel Aviv in the 30’s which helps the project blend in harmony with the surrounding neighborhood.
