Your thoughts immediately influence your biochemistryIt has scientifically been proven that our cells have an immediate reaction to our thoughts.

You are 85%-90% water. Dr. Masaru Emoto experimented on the effect words like hate, love, sick and happy have on frozen water crystals. This is not the place to talk about this, read his book  "Hidden Messages in Water". His experiments showed that water crystals changed according to the words being place on the bottle.

Thus imagine how a thought can affect you at physical and psychological level.

Next time you think, watch what you think about.

In terms of healing, your body has the innate ability to heal itself and the placebo effect has been proven to cure "incurable" diseases.

I've been following Lissa Rankin MD for a while on the topic Mind-Body Healing. I suggest you listen to one of her talks to better understand. She is amazing. You will understand why after you listen to one of her talks.

 

You eat what you areYou are what you eat and You eat what you are. This is a vicious circle. The more you eat a certain type of food the more you crave it. The more sugar, additives and toxins you put into your body the more your body asks for it again and again.

Your body knows exactly what it needs, when and in what quantities, however it can be derailed because it gets confused. Makes sense?

Just experiment on yourself like I did. I am very skeptical about almost everything so I need to experiment myself. Eat sugar today and you will see you crave it tomorrow as well. Stop eating sugar for 1 week and you will see you will not crave it anymore. You will crave the other foods you've been having during the week.

We can change everything in our lives but we need to have the discipline.  It is difficult I know. I've lost and got it back many many times. It's an ongoing process.

 

In essence, You are an organic being, You are nature itselfIf you take a polar bear in the desert will it survive? And if you take a camel to Antarctica will it survive? Most probably not if not kept in captivity imitating their natural habitat.

We are organic beings, we are nature itself. Why then do we pull back from nature? From that which we are made of?

We go through so much pain, we suffer mentally and physically, yet we just need to acknowledge that all we ever needed is to spend more time "home", in nature, with nature.

Nature is that which heals your headaches, your pain in your body, your depression. It is all nature. Medicine is nature with added chemicals.

You only need to reconnect and ground yourself. You just need your breathe and feel the gentle touch of Mother Nature.

being in contact with nature can reduce inflammation in the body, calms the nervous system and supports heart health.

How do I know this? I spent my childhood walking barefoot everywhere (and I didn't cut myself once). Once I disconnect from the Earth for a certain amount of time I become stressed, anxious sand just generally uncomfortable. I didn't know why until 2 years ago when I took my physical activity outdoor and began connecting with the Earth that I realized what I was wrong.

Stop being afraid, you are sensitive to nature because you have ignored it for such a long time, locked up in your concrete cocoons. Go and live for 30 min, grounding yourself and going back to being organic, being that what you are made of, Nature.
