AIESEC Local Planning Conference 2012

This year, AIESEC UNAND will hold a conference with local

scope in UPTD Balai Diklat Pertanian Padang. Local Planning

Conference is the first conference after leader election in AIESEC

UNAND. This conference will provide platform to guarantee

continuity and strategy through local implementation in the

Management Board (MB), create a clearly vision for MB, ensure an

effective transition, observe the result which achieved by

association, and protect commitment from all members towards

local and national.

1. Developing an integrated local goals and strategy

2. Creating leadership in one local synergy paradigm

3. Reviewing the results in the 11/12 and develop new strategy in the 12/13

4. Fulfill leadership, which is based on an attitude skill, knowledge, and exactly what is needed in charge of this organization
