- In Finland Destia has contract with fm-network operator (Digita) for transmitting TMC-signal

- with navigation device manufacturers Destia makes contracts and give licenses for using otherwise encrypted TMC-signal

- fee is included in the price of navigation device (or TMC antenna)

- the start-up fee provides you with a lifetime subscription for your device

- at the moment available with TomTom, Mio and Navigon devices
