Safety Guidelines for Equipment Installation
When performing hazardous work or entering potentially hazardous area wear protective equipment, such as safety belt / head or eye protection.
Smoking or open flame are prohibited on operation area.
Properly remove and dispose of all unused hazardous materials.
Comply with hazardous material documentation and reporting requirement.
After using power tool or any other equipment, they must be cleaned and put in storage on daily basis.
Keep all tool within designated work area.
When cutting any kind of material safety glasses must be used .
When handling conducting cable, the cable ends must be taped & insulated.
All accidents on-site must be reported to appropriate personal immediately.

Assemble the 19" rack.
Position the rack as per floor plan.
Mark the four holes with two base plates.
Drill the marked hole.
Fix the Rawal bolts.
Installed the rack (Distance from rear wall at least 200mm).
Check the leveling of the rack.
Install the grounding bus bar at upper rear side of 19" rack.
Install the blind panel in front of grounding bus bar.
Separate grounding of 19" rack should be done in shortest possible route.

DDF Installation
The E1 cable is to be stripped with sufficient length to reach DDF, unused wires to be cut and PVC tape must be used at the ends.
The E1 cable must be arranged and neatly run around the 19" rack to the DDF panel.
No extra cable should be left in side the rack. Grounding of DDF/DDP must be ensured. DDF/DDP should be installed at bottom of rack.

Common Rule for Equipment Grounding
Yellow-Green color grounding cable. Should be laid with shortest length. Thimbles must be as per cable size. Use proper crimping tool to crimp the thimble. Grounding resistance less than 10 ohm. Ground connections must be securely tighten. No multiple connections with single point / thimble.
In case there is no point available for the grounding, it should be informed to the TP implementation team.
